However, it is pretty hard for me to say what the worst series ever is, but Evangelion is up there. Maybe it is WeiB Kreis though...

It's nothing but glorified fan service whose plot is pretty bad and has some really bad characters that as I stated are only there to give the viewer material to be pleasured by.

Wasn't there a dude in the first episode who looked like Leon from Resident Evil 4 or something?

I honestly don't remember any of the male characters outside of the main one and the guy that liked guns. Every other character is pretty much a girl, all of which are generic in their designs.
