hmm, I don't know a dragon head on the train is fine but, transforming into a dragon takes too much away from the train/vehicle theme.

That's a pretty clever idea.

Shame the very nature of the trains all being boxes on wheels makes it that any robot formed from them will be boxy and boring.

It's like Floro Dery designed it. (Realistically he'd probably say he did :lol)
