I'd suggest just leaving him be then. No use trying things that you're not really familiar with, especially with such an expensive figure. Maybe he will loosen up some over time.

Ended up letting it rest upside down overnight to see if any of the oil would run into the socket... And it worked! I was worried I might've used too much (which would've been much more easily fixed than a broken joint though ;) ), and both are pretty loose now. BUT firm enough to not move when held unless shaken. So I'd say I'm pretty satisfied.

Good idea, glad it worked out! I hope the joints on mine aren't too tight. I'm moving soon so I've been leaving all of my Bandai Japan figures boxed up. I only open them to check that they are defect free and have all of their accessories.

Yeah, Ultimate Armor X. But that's it. He's the only new thing coming up anytime soon other than the D-Arts Zero Sigma. Digimon is kind of done at the moment other the new War Greymon release.

Bandai! Why didn't you tell me Medabee and Rokusho were under performing!? I would've bought as many as I could if it meant I could have gotten an Arc Beetle! :S
