Good to see Zeo Gold get a retail release for those who couldn't get the SDCC version. I'm interested to see if there are any differences though to distinguish it from the exclusive, or if it will be identical. Maybe a new Trey head instead of Jason?

I definitely think an alternate Trey head is what will give an incentive for SDCC buyers. I mean heck, that's the guy who used these powers the most! It's the only power set he has!

... come to think of it, what WOULD Zeo Gold come with; considering the increased accessory count starting with Wave 4?

All he had to his name in Zeo was his power staff; not only was it his only weapon, but it was also his morpher. We know from SDCC he has pieces for both modes, but that still seems a little short. Maybe he'll come with multiple effect parts, like BM Blue?

They don't have to entice the two pack buys with some extra. It was limited enough that it might be negligible.

Accessories wise. Main Ranger, Jason Head(most likely), Two golden power staffs, hands, and the energy thing. He had the orange one while MMPR Red will be using a blue one.

So not bad on the accessory count. MMPR Red isn't getting more.

Even if it was a Trey head, I wouldn't buy it. Not enough for one accessory.

Those 2 Pack prices are gonna noisedive. If someone really wants armored red they can pilfer from Armored Black.


TF Red for the win. Still I would like to get past the red rangers just a smidge. Though who knows how exclusives/web only are going to play out.

I'm not saying Zeo Gold will have more accessories because he was a 2-pack; I'm saying he might because all retail LC figures from Wave 4 onwards have an increased price point and increased accessory count, as seen with Zeo Blue.

True, but past retail releases have only had one big weapon, right? Based on the SDCC release, Zeo Gold will probably come with two: closed and opened power staffs.

Zeo Blue has an increased count because the five rangers share those weapons and he has two identical weapons. I still wonder about the Zeo Pod sword. Certainly someone would point out the empty holster.

So that's how the extra bits can be justified vs Zeo Golds whose gear is limited to him.

I'm glad to see MMPR Yellow making the list. Now the biggest question remains, who's face/head will she have?
