If Micchy dies, Ryugen is dead also. It would cheapen his death if somebody else started walking around in his suit.

So Zangetsu is going to go along Gaim's upgrade path? I guess the similarities between the suits wasn't just a cost saving measure... Would be kinda cool if it was meant to be a "thing" all this time, especially as they appear to be forming some shade of an alliance.

Also given the current landscape of Gaim (the show)'s powers, it'd be redundant to recycle Ryugen's belt in terms of the actual story. Would still be pretty cool though, as I love the suit and hate the character currently in it.

How sure are we that the jimber melon arms here is for Zangetsu and not for Gaim?

I imagine they might change the Jinba head a little bit to fit Zangetsu/shin's head more.

Ryugen as we knew him died when Mitch let Takatora fall in battle against the other Energy Riders. Plus the Ryugen suit looks nice and no other Gaim suit shares its design cues. (barring Marika and even then her them is Arabian)

If Takatora doesn't drown then I'm sure we'll have a worthwhile Ryugen in case Match bites the big one.

Well now Takatora has possibly died...again. Maybe it is going to Kouta, like passing it down to him or something. Would be a little disappointed though as Jimber is easy Gaim's worst upgrade and now he's had TWO upgrades since we don't need to go back to that thing.

It's unknown to you that Jimber Arm is similar to Kuuga's Mighty Style and Wizard's Dragon Style because the color.

He's an idiot, Locke; ignore him. I think what he was trying to say was that the Jinba Forms are the equivalent to Wizard's Dragon Styles and Kuuga's Rising Forms...or something. Not sure how though, since Wizard is the one whose Forms match up perfectly with Kuuga (substituting Haruto un-transformed for Growing Form).

I honestly think that Kouta and Mai will actually save Micchy, and he'll realize the errors of his ways and possibly sacrifice himself or something, episode 36 really hinted back at all the good that was in Micchy that got misconstrued through his despair. I hope Takatora lives because he is so awesome and such a fantastic character.

I hope he dies somthing terrible, But sure after we have our fun with him id love to see him return as Ryugen once more for the big final fight for the planet.

Also in terms of who lives and who dies, I kinda of want Micchy to live because I think death should be reserved for true villains not the misunderstood. You could argue that Micchy has done too much to really deserve to live by this point but I'll save judgement until we see if Takatora will stay dead this time.

Personally, although I know it will never happen, I kind of want Kouta to die. Not because I dislike him, he may well be my favourite Rider of all time, but because I think it'd serve the story well. Kouta's ideology getting him killed could be the push Kaito and the rest of the roamers need to band together and fight the good fight. Clichéd maybe, especially for a show like this but it's not something really attempted by Rider before and Gaim is the show with all the surprises. Kouta could be like the Kamina of Kamen Rider.

The main Rider dying and staying dead is something that has happened in Rider before :)

I do really need to watch that show at some point. Been putting it off and off because of Dragon Knight.

The Show had some really nice concepts and ideas. They werent always executed as well as they should but I dug what was done with it.

It does help though that I´m usually a big fan of Yasuko Kobayashis writing.

The fun thing is the final battle is all on the secondary Rider and its really powerful due to his backstory.

Except for that terrible ending lol.

As you can tell by my avatar, I love Ryuki. Great primary Rider (even if he's stupid at times) and Zolda is just one of the most amazing Riders overall. Great character, great suit, great weaponry.

Ugh if Ryuki just ended like 10 minutes earlier it would have been one of the most perfect endings ever.
