Doubt it. That would only be a few months before Tamashii Nations so odds are they'd save stuff for then.

I'd kind of forgotten that it existed, but I stumbled across it at Barnes & Noble and just couldn't resist. Injustice is one of my favorite video games ever and I loved the Insurgence Harley design (although I'd have happily traded it for any version of Wonder Woman, since she was the character I played the most).

It's been awhile since I messed with one of these - do they not have the extending hip joint anymore, or is that just this mold? The articulated pigtails are cool and all, but I was expecting the hips to have a much greater range of motion. She can't pull off the air guns or crouching pose from her Super nearly as well as I'd hoped. Ankle tilt is highly limited, but I think that's just because of the boot design. The neck could be a lot better, too. That said, the figure is really awesome overall and I'm extremely happy with it.

Many SW figuarts collectors complements their collections with some Mafex figures due the size/appareance matters with some characters like Vader.

Yeah Harley is pretty great. Nothing for me personally, but still a damn fine looking figure.

It's kind of a shame that Tamashii randomly started doing Injustice way after the game hit the scene; this line was doomed from the start. And I would've loved for it to continue, I really like the Injustice designs. And considering how good Tamashii's big bodies look, I think something like Grundy or Doomsday would've been killer.

Okay I didn't know that. Are they the same size though? Or do you mean they use Vader as a stand-in because he's bigger?

According to data from the Mafex's cardboard I think many people will prefer the Captain Phasma from that line, not only for its height but for the metallized appearance of his armor too.

With all due respect, you didn't really make that clear in your post though. You just posted the pictures without making any sort of comparison.

It's simple, the pictures I posted of Phasma have nothing to do with what I mentioned, the following images themselves are a perfect example of what I said about the Mafex figures...

I forget how long after the game's release they were announced, but I know it was still during its competitive era. It's a shame the figures came out so late, though, because there are a lot of other great designs that deserve proper plastic representation (DC did some of their own figures, but I've heard that their quality is pretty bad). Maybe we'll get lucky and Bandai will do some more Figuarts when Injustice 2 comes out next year.
