Dark Kiva

• As Dark Kiva, the King has access to a unlimited potential of power that is hindered within his successor such as telekinesis and the use of the Kiva insignia as a weapon.
• The Dark Kivat Belt is the King's means of transforming into Dark Kiva. Similar to how Kiva transforms, the King has Kivat-bat the 2nd bite him, and then perch upside down on the Power Roost of the belt's Dark Kibuckle to complete the transformation, separating from the belt when certain conditions demand for it like Fuestle-blowing. The Dark Kivat Belt also has six Fueslots to hold the six Fuestles.
• Kivat-Bat the 2nd can support him by attacking before he henshins.
• Has two seen finishers- Darkness Hell Crash: Referred to by Kivat-Bat the 2nd as "Wake Up One," the Darkness Hell Crash is a punch with the force of 65t. When performed, day turns into night with blood red fog. Dark Kiva then does a flying punch with his right arm. King's Burst End: Referred to by Kivat-Bat the 2nd as "Wake Up Two," the King's Burst End is an Emperor Moon Break-style kick with the force of 180t and green energy blades.
• Wields the Zanvat Sword.
• Can assume the form of the Bat Fangire.

Den-O:

• Has 9 different forms, each with their own skills
• Wields the Den-Gasher, a weapon with multiple weapon configurations
• Can travel through time with the DenLiner, which has multiple powers in each train car.
• Sword Form is Kamen Rider Den-O's first (and most common) form, used when Ryotaro is possessed by Momotaros. In Sword Form, he uses the DenGasher as a standard sword-style weapon. Sword Form is the most balanced of all his forms, possibly because of Momotaros' prominence among the other Imagin. Momotaros himself once assumed Sword Form during the events of "Final Countdown" to battle Kamen Rider Yuuki. Every so often, Momotaros will develop a new Finishing Attack that he uses to finish off Imagin, and has developed Parts 1, 2, 2' (2-dash), 3, 5, Special Version (used in "I'm Born!"), and the Imagin-assisted Final Version, although parts 2, 3, and 5 are essentially identical. Special Version is nearly identical to 2, 3, and 5, but uses a double Full Charge and only strikes the enemy on the rebound, while Final Version is an extended attack that uses the energy of the other Taros, Sieg, and Zeronos. Sword Form also has a triple roundhouse Rider Kick that Momotaros refers to as his "Super Finishing Attack."
• Rod Form is Kamen Rider Den-O's second form, used when Ryotaro is possessed by Urataros. In Rod Form, the DenGasher is transformed into a rod-style weapon. Rod Form gains the ability to move and breathe underwater, increased protection, and increased kicking power. But as a drawback, he loses physical strength and jumping height. Urataros himself assumed this form when he borrowed Ryotaro's Belt to fight off the Mole Imagin he tricked, and again during "Final Countdown" to fight the army of revived Imagin. This form is one of the least used of Den-O's forms, as Urataros rarely fights. However, whenever a fight occurs in the proximity of water, or if the other Imagin are unable to fight, Urataros will assist with his fishing skills. Rod Form is also one of two forms that uses a Rider Kick as part of its standard finisher, pinning the enemy with the rod as a harpoon before executing a flying side kick.
• Axe Form is Kamen Rider Den-O's third form, used when Ryotaro is possessed by Kintaros. In Axe Form, the DenGasher is transformed into an axe for short, close ranged attacks. Axe Form gains increased strength and defense, but as a result suffers with less speed and kicking power. This form is the physically strongest of the Den-O forms, due to Kintaros's own brute strength. Kintaros himself assumes this form by using the Den-O Belt to help Ryotaro fend off an army of Imagin in the past, and again during "Final Countdown" to fight off the army of revived Imagin. Kintaros tends to fight as Ax Form whenever he senses crying or he hears someone near Ryotaro say anything resembling the Japanese word for "cry.”
• Gun Form is Kamen Rider Den-O's fourth form, used when Ryotaro is possessed by Ryutaros. In Gun Form, the DenGasher is transformed into a gun for short and long range attacks. Gun Form displays an increase in speed, power, and defense, easily making it the most superior of the four basic forms. Ryutaros tends to fight as Gun Form at his whim, as he is able to overpower the other three Tarōs and in some cases Ryotaro. However, he also tends to cause more damage than the other forms because of his low precision and the high power of his ammunition. Ryutaros himself once assumed Gun Form during the events of "Final Countdown" in order to battle the revived army of Imagin. Ryutaros incorporates break-dancing moves into his fighting style in Gun Form, making his movements somewhat unpredictable.
• Wing Form is Den-O's fifth form, used when Ryotaro is possessed by Sieg. Wing Form is used again during the trip to the Edo period to fight the Cobra Imagin. Sieg himself once assumed Wing Form during the events of "Final Countdown" to assist in fighting Shiro's army of revived Imagin. Den-O Wing Form uses the DenGasher as two separate weapons, a boomerang (Sword and Grip) and a handaxe (Ax and Gun). Although it resembles Sword Form, the Aura Skin becomes gold, different shoulders are used, and the DenKamen's visor is blue swan-like wings. In order to access Wing Form, the golden Wing Buckle must be placed over the Terminal Buckle. This form gives Den-O agility far greater than Gun Form
• Liner Form is Den-O's final form in the series, gained when the Tarōs created the DenKamen Sword for Ryotaro to use when they could no longer possess him in the past. In order to transform into Liner Form, the Rider Pass must be slid into a slot in the back of the DenKamen Sword's blade. This form, solely controlled by Ryotaro with the Imagin using the DenKamen Sword as a means of communication, is themed around DenLiner Gouka and KingLiner in transformation and attack. Ryotaro can also utilize each of his Imagin's respective fighting style, whenever their DenKamen is selected on the DenKamen Sword (e.g. Kintaros' strength and defense in KinAx Mode, and Ryutaros' breakdancing techniques in RyuGun Mode). It soon becomes the only form Ryotaro is able to use while fighting in the past. By the time the events of Saraba Kamen Rider Den-O: Final Countdown take place, Liner Form is Ryotaro's default form, accessed through the Rider Pass, the K-Taros, and the Den-O Belt. As compared to before, he could only access Plat Form initially, a sign of his much stronger will.
• Most Powerful Form: Climax (TV), Super Climax (Movies)
• Climax Form is Den-O's sixth form. It is accessed when all of the Tarōs except Momotaros fade away and Ryotaro's desire not to lose them creates the K-Taros which restores the three Imagins' bond to Ryotaro. After entering the code 3-6-9-# and attaching it to the Den-O Belt, Den-O becomes Climax Form. Climax Form is basically a stronger version of Sword Form that incorporates the DenKamen of the other three Den-O forms onto various parts of the armor (Rod Form's DenKamen is on the right shoulder with Urataros controlling the right arm, Ax Form's DenKamen on the left shoulder with Kintaros controlling the left arm, and Gun Form's DenKamen on the chest with Ryutaros controlling the legs). But due to the nature of Climax Form, the Tarōs need to work as one to fight, and their strengths are incorporated into Climax Form. The three DenKamen can also travel along tracks on Climax Form's body to align with the leg or arm to enter Kick Mode or Punch Mode with the three Tarōs controlling that one limb while leaving Momotaros to control the rest of the body to perform "Charge and Up" attacks. Usually Momotaros is the one controlling the whole body, but the other Taros are free to take over control of their respective limb parts anytime
• Super Climax Form is Den-O's eighth, strongest, and true final form. It is identical to the original Climax Form, except with the addition of Sieg's power and Wing Form's DenKamen attaching to back, giving him wings. It is also physically stronger than Climax Form and has the ability to use the wings to fly up and execute a stronger version of Climax Form's Rider Kick. Although the wings are big and powerful to enable actual flight, it was only used to execute the said Rider Kick.

I'm annoyed, but I'd feel worse if this wasn't the battle to get slaughtered by Kuuga. :p

i have to go with Den-O due to the fact his power from the imargin so he has various form that can be use and once momo in control every thing a Climax with him even in Climax Form Den-O still has a Chance of winning.

I think I have to go with Den-O on this one. He doesn't have as much raw power as Dark Kiva, but he's highly versatile and, more importantly, incredibly unpredictable. He can completely keep his opponents off their game and nothing I've seen of King tells me that he'd be able to cope with an opponent who is constantly changing weapons, fighting styles, and personalities.

Den-O is his own Sentai. :p

I'm torn. I think I LIKE Dark Kiva better, but I think the comments so far are correct that Den-O's versatility would give him a very good chance of defeating Dark Kiva.

I love Kiva. But Den-O would flatten Dark without breaking much a sweat.

Dark Kiva had three identities, with 2/3 of them being heroes. Your argument has been invalidated.

I went with Dark Kiva because even with Den-O's versatility, Dark Kiva's raw power and experience would be able to overpower the little peach-turtle-bear-dragonbrat-sometimes swan train man.

Three? How come I can only remember two (King and Otoya)? Who is the third?

Den-O's versatility and unpredictability is useful, but he's lost on more than one occasion because of it as well, being unable to keep a solid advantage against opponents due to mass form shifting and bickering among each other.
And this isn't a fight where the enemy would run away during their bickering either. Dark Kiva would seize the moment and attack.

Oh. Well I feel stupid now. Derp.

While he was a new King, he wasn't called that... It was Taiga.

Anywho, I went with Dark Kiva. He's strong enough that, although versatile, Den-O would probably be beaten while the Imagin were busy bickering.

Den-O wins this one.

I love Dark Kiva, but I really think Den-O could pull through with his various forms.

But anyways, Dark Kiva shall be victorious in this battle. The first advantage that I thought Den-O had was his ability to go back in time and kill King's mother before she could give birth, but that's nullified with Castle Doran's time-travelling abilities. The next advantage is Den-O's strength in numbers, but... no. Dark Kiva could take them all on.

When you get down to it, Den-O's versatility can only go so far, whereareas Dark Kiva has a dragon castle.

And? Den-O has a damn train with various engines that all have special abilities. I think it easily counters Castle Doran.

Den's right, KRX. I trust the Liner in a fight more than Castle Doran. And Den has more options, better options. I love Kiva. But in this? Yea. Den beats.

King still has the unhindered Zanbat/Zanvat sword. In Kiva's hands, the thing's powerful. Unhindered, even more so. Peach-boys, turtle-players, wrestler-bears, dragon-brats, and aristocrat-swans don't really have much on the sword in the stone when the sword is out of the stone. There is a reason Taiga switched from Saga to Dark Kiva, and it's not just because he felt his mommy didn't love him enough.

He wanted to be cool for once in his life. And you keep putting down the various forms of Den-O, but like Den schooled me on before, they all do know how to fight. And each of them are an expert at their weaponry. And you're also forgetting some forms. Climax, Liner, New Den-O. DK is just outmatched. Pure and Simple.

He switched from Saga to DK because he thought it would put him on Watarus' level but he still got his ass kicked. Which is irrelevant because the version in this battle is King anyway.

I know full well that Den-O's Imagin can fight. I was there when Den-O schooled you.

And what I meant was that the reason Taiga switched to Dark Kiva was because Dark Kiva was more powerful than Kiva. True, Taiga didn't use Dark Kiva as well as King, but that's the thing- he didn't use it as well as King. King has the skill and power to fight Den-O. It would be close, but Dark Kiva would win.

Well unless 8 more people vote for Dark Kiva before tomorrow morning, he's gonna lose this fight

Time is irrelevant when you have a time-travel room in your dragon castle.

I have to go with Den-o on this one, he's got the raw versatility, and the ability to fight at all ranges, that to my knowledge, Dark kiva lacks. Plus he has has unpredictability that would keep dark kiva guessing, so I think Den-o would win!

Kamen Rider Skull

Decade:

• Can turn into any previous Main Rider before him and utilize their powers
• Decade's primary weapon is the Ride Booker which has three modes: the default Book Mode, which is placed on the left side of his belt and holds the Rider Cards that Decade uses in his arsenal, Gun Mode which can be used to execute the Dimension Blast finisher and Sword Mode which can be used to execute the Dimension Slash finisher.
• Of his own Attack Ride Cards, he wields the- Invisble Card allowing him to become invisible, the Illusion Card which allows him to create clones; the Blast Card which gives his Ride Booker rapid fire capabilities, and the Slash Card which increases the Ride Booker's slashing ability.
• Can destroy Undead and enter the Mirror World without an Advent deck
• The Machine Decader is Decade's personal Honda DN-01. Like Decade himself, the Decader can assume the form of the respective Rider's Machines. It exhibits this ability when Decade (as Faiz) transforms the Decader into the Autovajin and Side Basshar (as Decade's Violent Emotion).
• Complete Form is the true form of Decade that is able to manipulate the power of other Riders' final forms, accessed through the K-Touch once he regains the powers of all of the Heisei Kamen Riders. Referred to as the "King of the Rider Worlds", he wears the Decade Complete KamenRide Card on his helmet, embedded in the Decade Crown, and the others' KamenRide Cards on his chest. When Complete Form features the most powerful forms of the Heisei Kamen Riders on the cards this version of Complete Form is called Strongest Complete Form.
• Violent Emotion- This form is described as Decade's final transformation into the destroyer of worlds, with Decade's body in a lighter shade of magenta, the eyes assuming a more sinister appearance, and the normally yellow Signal Pointer (the light on Decade's helmet) is violet. While this form appears similar to Decade's normal form, it is drastically stronger, both possessing greater combat capability (enough to go toe-to-toe with Kuuga Ultimate Form and destroy countless other riders) and able to use Attack Ride cards such as Clock Up without having to transform into the associated Rider first.

Skull:

• Can release a giant energy skull from his chest that stuns the opponent and knocks them back before rising into the air. Skull then puts the Skull Memory into the Maximum Slot, jumps up, and does a roundhouse Rider Kick, which propels the energy skull toward the opponent, whom it bites down on.
• Wields the Skull Magnum, a firearm that can release multiple shots via the Skull Punisher Finisher.
• Rider Kick is called the Skull Banisher.
• Can use the Stag Phone for support
• Rider Machine is the SkullBoilder
• Can fight back against powerful Dopants, such as Terror, without succumbing to their abilities (excluding the Spider Dopant’s, however, he wasn’t in Rider form at the time)
• Can summon the SkullGarry, a tank/garage that houses the SkullBoilder

Skull is probably one of the lower tier Riders, just a smidgen above RioTroopers in power.

Skull is awesome. He has a cool look, he's got great moves, and he's one of the closest things the Heisei era has to a Showa Rider. But Decade is completely and totally hax. Skull doesn't even stand a chance.

Both riders are overrated, but being overrated because you have haxxy powers > being overrated because you're gruff and have a hat.

Decade is not overrated. He's just so awesome rated has caught up with him yet.
