Kamen Rider Similarities Battle Round 15: UCHUU KITA!!!!!
This battle observes 2 riders whose motifs involve space-
Kamen Rider Super-1 (1980) VS Kamen Rider Fourze (2012) And now for some facts Super-1:
Fourze:
This battle closes on Sunday! |
I'm giving this to Super-1. Fourze may have a lot more forms and gimmicks, but as far as sheer fighting ability goes Kazuya is easily the most skilled martial artist of all the major Riders. Gentaro's a pretty decent brawler, but I don't see him standing up against Kazuya's Shaolin training. The Switch gimmicks might help a little, but Super-1 was also the most gimmicky Showa Rider and his various hands could easily counter most of Gentaro's attacks (it also doesn't help that the ratio between useful and ridiculous Switches isn't very good).

Got to go with Fourze. Mainly because it's an awesome show and I haven't seen any of Super 1.
I do think the Potential for crazy combos that cosmic provides would be enough to give him the edge. And the tank like magnet states would be great for defence and long range =] |
Fourze may have fancy Switches and powers, but their reliance on friendship has proven to be a handicap before.
Super-1 is going to win this. Having powers that don't putter out is going to be a major boon for his, but it's his Shaolin training that'll see him to victory. Just because your tech is newer doesn't meant it's better. |
I'm definitely going with Fourze on this one. Granted I don't know much about Super-1 but the amount of gimmicks Fourze has at his disposal and the amount of combinations he could potentially pull off with them in Cosmic States gives him the edge in my eyes.

I was gonna vote for Super-1 anyway.
Then I heard he had Shaolin training. Really not much of a contest... |
