I think that the management staff of Bandai and/or Toei, like me, were a little freaked out by all those videos on YouTube where people unpack huge bags of Gotchard cards in search of the desired one. And so we decided to take a chance and try it with a more expensive gimmick. They can get seriously burned. I personally hope that they have not lost touch with reality and gochizo will still be significantly cheaper than rider buckles and weisstamps. Plus, if we continue the analogies with Gotchard, basic gimmicks will be quite easy to obtain.

Geats should have made the arms a different color or not made them at all. I also don?t like the uniformity (although it?s too early to judge by two) of the gochizo rider. Gavva forms are much more varied in design. They could have modeled Geats on the same white fighter and the analogy would have been with a fox peeking out of a hole.

I have mixed feelings about Valen (Valeon?). If different forms of Gavv look like different riders, then he looks like another form of Gavv. It is clear that this is so that the riders in the show have the same design, different from others, but still... In a word, you need to see it live.

It's worth noting that the triple pack sets (the ones with the legend rider gochizo included) all come with the "fixed" standard face, as do the weapons

So in theory the blind vag element is largely skipable. Tho if you have no interest in the legend gimmicks or weapon toys, it sort of puts you in an unideal situation then

so far my only problem with the belt is, it needs some more color. Like color in what are the eyes and maybe the horns.

Given that we've seen Gavv brandishing the brown side of the chocolate-bar gun, I'm wondering if the white-chocolate side will be reserved in-show for Valen.

Honestly I'm so screwed this year, i didn't buy any gotchard stuff in the end, but between komura being a writer I really like, and just personally really loving the Gochizo, this may be an "I want EVERYTHING" kinda year for me. Which i haven't really had in years lol

The sword is themed after a road and it launches a tiny motorcycle for a Gochizou to ride. That's so cool and so silly at the same time, which is exactly the kind of thing I love about tokusatsu!
