Of the properties listed the only stand out ones I'd want Bandai to get a hold of are Pacific Rim & Cardcaptor Sakura. While Guardians SHF's would be nice they might be better served as Figmas. But even then Hasbro has the lock down on Marvel figures being released in the US, it's why the Iron Man SHF's are so hard to get here and the Figma Avengers too.
Pac Rim is a no brainer to me but it probably won't happen any time soon. After the excellent work they've done with the Sailor Moon license though I would kill for Cardcaptor Sakura figuarts from Bandai. But AGAIN. This poll is more or less irrelevant. It's the exact same poll with the exact same choices that were at SDCC. As previous Bluefin polls have proven, they don't take them into account much at all. People vote for the items on there hoping they happen, but the ranger polls clearly didn't get us anything other than MMPR. And these choices are much further apart than even ranger seasons are. But at the the end of the day, Bluefin does not make the final decision on what's produced. That's Bandai of Japan and the actual Tamashii Nations. So if they plan to grab these licenses that's one thing, Bluefin I doubt has much of any influence on what they actually acquire. |

I just don't see the point in doing it when none of it is ever going to happen. |
What the hell is Bravest Warriors anyway?
And Edward Scissorhands seems quite random. |
Having just seen the prototype of Figma's Cardcaptor Sakura, I don't think there's much Bandai could do to top it to be honest.

Out of everything on that list, Street Fighter seems to be the most fesable to happen and I will be shocked if it doesn't at one point.
|
Mortal Kombat is not very popular in Japan. They did release the first three games including the upgrades of MK3 and they didn't seem to do very well over there back in the 90's. Street Fighter has a better chance given it's a Japanese franchise that's popular in both Japan and America.

And I'd be down for that. I'm not a big fan of the protagonists who aren't Alex or...Yeah, so I'd love for those characters to be mass releases~ |
I wish Bluefin would put something Digimon related on their survey. Sure Digimon is not as popular as Pokemon, but doing a poll on what Digimon that fans want to see would be nice.

I would like to see more Digimon from the first three seasons. A reissue of Gallantmon and Beelzemon would be nice too.

You're right, not out yet, but dated for a March Bluefin release, I assume February from Tamashii Webshop.

MK and Fairy Tail would be my picks Ofcourse I'd prefer they release Rain and Allenby first. |

But I'm fairly certain Charizard is a coincidence. Once Mewtwo was announced, the Kanto starters were a given. BlueFin's polls and statements barely ever are worth taking seriously. "No more Sentai coming", Akarenger is announced like two weeks later. "Want Blue-Eyes White Dragon?". Yu-Gi-Oh! is immediately deconfirmed and Max Factory gets it. "Lord Zedd ZERO is definitely a possibility!" It's totally not. "Which Power Rangers next?", the only two Power Rangers related thing since is Sentai exclusive characters. Etc, etc. |

If I recall, I wanna say Shinken Red and Nazca Dopant were the result from these fan polls too, but I still find the whole point kinda pointless to speculate.
|
I guess a lot of questions that they put in the polls are something Bluefin considers and nothing works out behind the scenes. I remember Bluefin post a reply on Facebook a while back saying that they wanted to do Yu-Gi-Oh MonsterArts but license issues got in the way. If I had to guess then it would likely due to Konami owning the Yu-Gi-Oh franchise.
As for Lord Zedd Zero, I guess it's because he's a American exclusive villain and Tamashii Nations in Japan probably doesn't want to make something that will be made exclusive retail in America only. |
Just pointing this out there but…you guys sure talk an aweful lot about speculating Figuart releases in this topic…
Nothing wrong with that, but this disscussion just seems to get brought up quite often. Might I suggest making a seperate thread for that? |

As for what I'd like to see, I'm still waiting for my Gallantmon Crimson Mode. And....just throwing this out there.....Tekken's Roger & Mokoujin. There, I said it. A quick word on my Sailor Saturn: nice figure, but still surprised at how dainty she is. And the gripping hands are too loose for my tastes. Then again, I've been spoiled by the Sentai side of things. Quote:

Entirely unrelated other than being anime Figuarts and being a poll (heh), Bandai is looking for feedback on which Kinnikuman chojin get to be worked on as Figuarts next! https://p-bandai.jp/enquete/1000001521/ Choose up to three of your favorite characters and hope your choices make the cut. I haven't voted yet but I'm leaning towards Sunshine, Mammothman and Satan Cross myself. |

No, the poll is solely intended for original Kinnikuman characters, and doesn't include any of the Nisei/Ultimate Muscle characters that weren't the old guys making cameos.
|
Since Kinnikuman and Warsman are not being released in the US, I pre-order them both on NY. The prices for them are decent, I will likely pay them off in the next few weeks. I already pay off my pre-order for SHF Kamen Rider Duke.

I guess either SSj God Goku or DB Kid Goku could be next. DB Kid Goku would be cool since I feel like he would fit the S.H Figuart line perfectly. He can come with a set of hands, his power plole, the flying nimbus and a kamehameha wave. |
