Agh, crap. I thought I read that the Bandai Namco logo was forkits that were related to a video game.

Uh, yeah, BanRise recently did some company rearrangement of sorts and put their stuff under a "Bandai Namco Filmworks" kind of thing. Sunrise still exists, but is just under that umbrella.

I'm guessing that Bamco logo is there to represent that.
Honestly pretty unsightly for me.

The face is a part?! I was so sure it'd be a sticker... VERY excited now, even if the sticker sheet does look a bit obscene

The driver shell being semi-transparent is a nice touch. That's what the Zi-O kit could have really used for its driver.

We got the double jointed elbow but the knee joints look like a new, simpler, style.

Seeing these stickers, I just now remembered that Ghost has that eye icon on his back but you almost never see it.

I'm definitely gonna want to hit the jacket with a matte top coat.

I think the translucent parts are the greatest success of this kit. The driver/sword, the chest/shoulders and ESPECIALLY the mask come out so wonderfully

That's definitely were the budget for this kit went.

The big surprise to me is that there are no separate Eyecons. After they did it for Fourze and then OOOs, with some of the smallest parts I've ever had to paint, we don't even get a like a hand holding one.

It is a bit of a shame for sure. I found it especially notable when one of the images they used for marketing this kit the most was a recreation of an early-series poster... which had an eyecon floating above his hand, which is impossible to recreate in the FRS version so it goes against the point of why he's holding his hand like that to begin with haha

Jesus they couldn't even cast the belt in silver plastic. Plus you need to use the giant ugly sticker if you want the Eyecon visible on the Driver. There's no separate sticker if you decide to paint it.

Translucent parts aren't that fancy or expensive. Plenty of Gunpla kits use them. I don't know whee the budget for this kit went. This is worse colour accuracy than Build.

So little effort with this kit. Bandai didn't even try.

Hold up. Ghost actually has traditional ball joints in his thighs rather than the regular peg for frs. Lmfao i guess we'll soon be able to build our very own shf quality seihous straight out of the box, sans fancy paint work. He doesnt looks so bad in hand either. It sucks they cut corners but at least the line work stickers look good, I think they're like a thin plastic rather than paper stickers, which is why they don't look so cheap.

If you're not wanting to deal with stickers, the metallic orange gundam marker from metallic marker set 2 is doing a fantastic job.

Absolutely fantastic. Can't wait. Only sour spot for me is those shoulders. Pretty ugly mould line but I was already planning to paint all the black parts so it won't be too much of a bother buffing those off. Otherwise it looks perfect.

Also got an email that my TaJaDor is in stock. I'm eatin' good this month!

Wow, the Figure-rise standard Kamen Rider kits are turning out looking so good built! Makes them tempting to get but I got too many other model kits to build already.

New Rider and Ultra kits announced next week! Based on last year, this'll be the Winter release (or releases) for Rider. My bets are on Wizard or Kiva to hit their anniversaries but either way I feel certain in saying it'll be a main Heisei Rider

Super exciting! I've been in the mood for Drive recently so I'm crossing my fingers for that, but I'll take any main rider honestly.

I'd love Drive
partly because I like Drive, partly because I know nothing Drive-related ever sells out ever.

For main Riders, I am hoping for Blade, Wizard, or Kiva
For secondary/other Riders, I am hoping for Kaixa, Delta, Cross-Z, Gatack, or Dark Kabuto

I will still buy all of the main Riders, but I am being selective on all of the secondary/other Riders.

They typically don't announce Premium Bandai kits at these events, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a Dark Kabuto or Ryuga a few days later. I think last year Faiz Axel was announced a few days after OOO and Trychaser

At this point I don't have much personal stake in what gets made as they've already done my favourite series, but I do hope that they go back to finishing the last few Heisei Riders instead of side-tracking like Black, FangJoker and Skull (not that I mind those figures, I just want the mains done first).

I'd go for a Figure-rise Standard Kamen Rider Black RX since Black RX was adapted into Saban's Masked Rider in the USA.

While I certainly wouldn't mind another main Rider to get us closer to full completion, I also wouldn't mind alt forms or secondary Riders.

As long as it's not exclusive I'll be happy.
