And if your chest isn't cracked or shattered, the sticker under it is pretty darn likely to be obnoxiously poorly applied. I got stickers for the Sengoku Drivers because of their size... But there was just no reason to use such a massive sticker for his chest. And I don't think it unreasonable to have expected higher standards by Bandai to at least get them applied right.

Plus there's just other odd things about it, like not having a closed Kiwami Lockseed or the extra Lockseeds all being glued in place.

(That cape is seriously garbage too... Can't do anything with it.)

That's a shame. I'm seriously considering getting Bravo, Ryugen and Kachidoki, though. I just wish Bravo wasn't so spiked-out, but I still want them bad.

Alas, volunteer work doesn't pay, so I have to wait.

If you can, put priority on Kachidoki. Kiwami may be a big silver pile of disappointment, but Kachidoki truly is... triumphant. Everywhere you think it would fail, it manages to crush those expectations and then some.

I knew it. Kachidoki was going to be the golden egg of the bunch. I'm kinda the mind that this was Bandais plan all along. With Kachidoki, they just said "this'll keep them coming" and did their due diligence, but with Kawami, they just phoned it in.

How else could they do the chest without a sticker? They can't tampo print that design.

I feel like the only one who likes Kiwami :(


My favorite of the line is still probably Bravo (will likely compete with Duke for that spot, or Kachidoki whenever I get him), but I still enjoy Kiwami quite a bit. It still has its faults. Yeah, the sticker on the chest was not implemented well, the whole "clear plastic" thing on there in general doesn't really resemble the show design (and that was one of the things that sold me on Kiwami) and, at least to me and my color deficiency, the visor doesn't appear as colorful. But overall, I still dig it a lot and it still looks damn good on a shelf to me.

That being said though, has anybody noticed that Kiwami has been the lemon in pretty much every line with Gaim in it? The AC figure is probably the worst of the line, I heard that the 66 action wasn't up to par, and now the Figuart seems of lesser quality than previous releases. This form really isn't getting much love.

I like mine too, but I still hate it because it's a faulty release. Mine is fine, only a few paint-errors, no cracked chest or faulty sticker. But still... I wanted to make so many pictures of it with all the weapons but after the release I was just like... meh.

This is my first "toy" Kamen Rider figure, and I am quite impressed. It may not have the ROM of a Figuart, but the tire gimmick is non-intrusive and there is a lot of molded detail.

The TK figures are awesome. They are great action figures.

Kiwami isn't the worst thing ever. It's got plenty of issues, but it still photographs well.
