They definitely got you on this one. I can say the box is fairly large but at that point they should have just said it couldn't ship SAL and sent it EMS. Honestly it would have been cheaper to do so.

Does CSToys list everything that will be activated on Sunday in their New Arrivals section? They had pictures of Diesel Ressha in with their other new stock on their Facebook page, but it isn't on the site. I'm just wondering if it's worth getting up early tomorrow to see if they have them.

Sometimes they don't put up stuff until an hour or so before, if I recall correctly. Usually, though, minutes before the activation time, they'll have everything.

If they announced having it, it's likely to be there at activation time.
