As for our upcoming Patran/Lupin X aka Noel, is played by actor Seiya Motoki. He has done some manga musical adaptations most notably Naruto Uzumaki in the 2016 production of NARUTO.

I say he has to be Kogure's benefactor. Arsene Lupin's descendant. In secret and both rangers don't know it yet.

The new seventh member will play both sides of the struggle as LupinX and PatorenX in Kaito Sentai Lupinranger vs Keisatsu Sentai Patranger (Phantom Thieves Sentai Lupinranger vs Police Sentai Patranger).


The new 7th Ranger in the show will transform into a silver Lupinranger and a gold Patranger in the current Super Sentai series, Kaito Sentai Lupinranger vs Keisatsu Sentai Patranger. The character is named Noel Takao and is played by Seiya Motoki. Takao is a member of the French Global Police Branch, of which the Patrangers represent the Japanese branch. As a character, Noel will play both sides of the field, confusing the teams in battle while befriending them in his human guise. He’s described as a mysterious person who knows a variety of things about both teams and whose mind is always moving. Seiya says he feels people should focus on Kogure, the mysterious benefactor of the Lupinranger, who appears to be hiding something from the team.

Motoki is trained in parkour, having begun at 16 years old and has an accomplished career on stage. He portrayed Naruto Uzumaki in the Naruto Live Spectacle theater production and hopes to bring his acrobatic skills to the show.

is their a possibility that kogure has something on the patos that's making them want to capture the lupins? because i know they are thieves but it seems more like they are desperate to capture them, it just seems like there's more to it than just them being thieves.

As far as we know there isn't a connection between Kogure and the Pato. I'm betting their link is the guy in gold and silver. I only say this because Kogure seemed rather surprised about the Pato getting their items. Also, if Kogure were involved, they would have known about the collection pieces sooner and would have been more careful about defeating the Gangler. The Patoranger just want to catch the Lupinranger so badly because of two reasons, 1. They're thieves who, as the Patoranger's put it, disguise their acts of thievery as justice. And 2. In a way they're obstructing justice and their duties as cops.
