Spent some more time looking at the Thouser scans again, and had another crackpot theory: Is it me, or does Thouser's suit look like it reuses parts from Zero One?

• The stripes on the very top of their helmets look similar.
• Their arms use the same type gloves, albeit with different markings.
• The gold on Thouser's pelvis looks like it follows the same pattern as the black material connecting to the yellow bits on Zero One's thighs
• And lastly, the scans with Thouser's RKF toy shows his legs have this odd bump where the boots meet the shin, kinda like with Zero One's boots.

Less so reuses parts of Zero-One's suit but a Rider more like Zero-One unlike Vulcan and the others, more a competitor Rider to go against Hiden's Zero-One. the whole "Presented by Zaia" implies that to me atleast

Riders within the same series generally share some aesthetics in their undersuits anyway. Look at the 'leg stripes' shared between W, Accel, Eternal and Skull; or even the shape of the kneepads on Drive, Mach and Chaser.

The preview for episode 4 confirms Horobi is showing up. Speculation that he's Takaiwa is seeming more likely.

Two possibilities I can see are they either go with that they analyzed the battles of Zero-One from afar and made a bootleg of it or they jacked the blueprints and resources needed to replicate the tech while Aruto and friends were not aware thus explaining why the undersuit is the same minus the color scheme.

I'm willing to bet that Yua's mysterious benefactor is gonna be Thouser.
