I'm not really feeling it with Ben Affleck as Batman, but it still seems like an okay movie. I like the Joker references.

Wow, when I was told I was going to be watching the trailer for the movie, I didn't know I would be watching the whole movie. Everything I feared came true and more. Wonder Woman was shoehorned in just for the sake of it. Doomsday is in the movie with the ugliest live action representation of a comic character ever done. Oh, but the worst part is I had high hopes for Jesse Eisenberg as Lex and my god he is down right terrible. He did not even feel like Lex Luthor. It also did nothing to make me feel like Ben Affleck is Batman. The only thing I can say that I did like was the scene when Bruce and Clark were bantering back and forth.

Wow that trailer kinda sucked. They had me with the one before that but this one is just kinda terrible. It just seems like they are trying to be jokey like a Marvel film without knowing why those are funny. The first minute was just cringeworthy moment after cringeworthy moment.

I still like Henry Cavil and Ben Affleck in their roles so lets see how this goes.

Doomsday in the upcoming BvS film looks awful. The CG for him looks 10 years out of date. I feel like the Hulk in the 2003 Hulk film looks better then he does on screen. I'm pretty sure that they will fix the CG, but I doubt it.

I dont mind the effecty. His design is the thing thats so awful about him.

Um remember doomsday evolves while fighting who said that final form of doomsday.

I'll honestly wait until the movie comes out. Can't stand the crushing pessimism on this movie that honestly I have slight expectations for.

He evolves by dying. So I doubt we will see his "stronger forms" in this movie or any of the future movies. Its just a shame to introduce Doomsday, the villain that killed Superman as this throwaway thing at the end of the movie.

He evolves after being killed so that the thing which killed him won’t do that again if I remember correctly. It's a longer process; I don't believe they implement that in the movie.

They probably just spliced Zod's genes to create something "unkillable", which already is immune to most harmful things.

He could evolve in the movie but they would need some splendid evolutions to polish this turd of a computer generated model.

I'm still excited for this movie and I can't wait to see it.

But yeah. I can think of five Superman villains who would've been better to use than Doomsday.

Honestly, it doesn't matter. This movie is a mess. I would have rathered they actually just developed a villain for the movie instead of shoehorning a 30 minute fight sequence into it.

I think it's a bit too early to call it a mess right now. Especially since it does seem like the primary conflict will be between Superman, Batman, and Lex Luthor.

Metallo would've made more sense, yeah. But he's not really a bruiser like Doomsday.

Honestly, I wish they would've used Titano the Super-Ape. It's a long-shot for sure, but it's better than Doomsday. :lol

I'm not really familiar with his Post-Flashpoint version. Pre-Flashpoint bwould have the same problem for me like I have with Doomsday. Its so linked to the Death of Superman that I just cant see him as a normal throwaway villain.

Pretty much what WhiteRanger said. New 52 Cyborg Superman is Zor-El, Kara/Supergirl's amnesiac father who was rescued by Brainiac and transformed into a scout for him to search for stronger species in the universe.

The original, Hank Henshaw, does appear in the New 52. Currently, Pre-Flashpoint Superman is trying to prevent his (possible) transformation into Cyborg Superman.

At the begining of the recent Superman: Doomed (where they turned Superman into a Doomsday like monster. That I found boring and stupid), Doomsday could open portals to the Phantom Zone to teleport through, and had a death field around him that killed off weaker beings and even harmed people like Wonder Woman and Superman a bit. I think it was one of the best uses and upgrades to the character in a long while (then of course, after Superman kills him he's infected by the stuff that turns him into Superdoom).

Also, this film would have been much better (for me) if they just had the deadly combo of Metallo and Parasite. Metallo being Luthor's official response to Superman, and Parasite being the "accident" that's been feeding on Suicide Slum residents to get strong enough to ambush Superman.

Parallax is fear, Ion is will, the Butcher is rage, Ophidian is avarice, Adara is hope, the Predator is love, Proselyte is compassion, Nekron and Black Hand are death, the Entity is life.

However, during the events of Lights Out, the entities (apart from Parallax, Nekron, Black Hand) sacrificed themselves to refill the emotional spectrum reservoir beyond the Source Wall

Well, Hal isn't technically a Green Lantern anymore since he now uses Krona's power gauntlet, I don't know about Kyle last I heard he was a white lantern but stuff I've seen for Omega Men shows that he's a green lantern again, guy was a red lantern but then in lost army he became a hybrid and gained a green lantern ring as well but at the end his red ring became green because of Mogo. And John is still a green lantern as always

That would've been during the war of the green lanterns storyline (before the new 52 but still canon to the new 52 continuity). In it, Krona takes control of the guardians and the GLC forcing hal, guy, kyle and john to discard their mind control green rings. Hal uses sinestro's yellow ring, guy uses atrocitus' red ring, kyle uses saint walker's blue ring, and john uses indigo-1's indigo ring. Later on hal also uses larfleeze's orange ring and guy uses carol ferris' violet ring.

We finally watched episodes 4-6 of Supergirl today and they were quite good. The one with the bombs was an interesting episode and the ending made me think of the scene when Sups introduced himself to Lex at the end of the third episode of STAS. It's pretty obvious they are making Lord into Lex, just without the baldness. The fifth episode is probably my favorite of the series thus far as I really liked what they did with Livewire. The one with Red Tornado was good, but my god, Alex was just about to hand Maxwell the technology to create the OMAC, what a friggin idiot!!! :haha::wall::wall: I have to say, Hank is a mystery to me. If I didn't know he was Cyborg Superman I would swear that was J'onn in disguise.

...Ugh

Sexy ass Mamoa as Aquaman. I'll watch that in a heartbeat.
