So when does the announcement for the 2019-2020 Season going to be announced? I notice we normally we hear something about in January-February. I don't care for the new PR shows, but I do wonder what show will be skip in 2019.

This might a be a stupid thing to say and I'm not sure it's worth its own topic, but am I the only one who hates the skirts in female ranger suits?

In addition to being unnecessary to tell us the rangers are girls when we already know who they are, I find their inclusion ruins the designs of sleek and streamlined suits, extra minus points when they make fake "stocking" colors for the legs that clash with the overall aesthetics, but they also mess with the articulation of their toys.

Again, this is a dumb topic to bring up but I wanted to say it anyway.

It kinda depends on the suit for me, some I think look perfectly fine, like the Zyuranger suits, but some really do look terrible. Not gonna lie i’m pretty annoyed that next year’s pink has a skirt. One thing I loved about Dekaranger was the gender neutral designs because, well, they’re friggin cops. It bugs me that Patto isn’t like that too.

I think MomoNinger/Pink Ninja Steel is the worst looking one from what I know. With Shiro/White it worked because the stocking was the same color as the suit but doesn't work the same as Pink.

HurricaneBlue was a bit better since they matched the sleeves (and actually more colorful than the male uniforms).

overall i think that using the sentai plot with american actors is better though here is a though why not add a japanese actor to the ranks and make it clear he is japanese i mean a lot of kids who are japanese families live in the us and here is a though if they get some who closely matches a character who gets some un transformed fights they can use some of that footage

im just saying using some more of the sentai plot work some of the details around works a lot better because i hate to say it i didn't like sledge as a big bad he board me as have many big bads that are original creations the only one thats really good is zedd im actually disappointed by a lot of american only bad guys grum and such just don't intimidate me or make me feel their the bad guy more like their just the lates idiot who wants to take over the world. and im so sick of it being aliens. Do something else like the sentai im tired of it always being aliens we had the mutants and the demons from time force and light speed why not do those again even the samurai villians where at least NOT ALIENS-but thats what has made power rangers hard to enjoy lately its always aliens -same with kamen rider dragon knights aliens again.

So now that Go-Busters is going to be Power Rangers Beast Morphers, that just leaves these Sentai left to be Power Rangers

Akibaranger is never going to happen. It’s not an official Sentai and is both too weird and too short to adapt. Gorider is a single five-minute action scene in a Kamen Rider story; don’t hold your breath for that one, either.

What if they combine Akibaranger with Gorider and Kyoryuger Brave to make a season of Power Rangers?

We probably will get VR Troopers. :lolol

The other issue with Gorider is that all the footage involves Ex-Aid, making it literally unusable.
Combining the 3 is basically just trying to adapt Kyoryuger Brave but shoving in 2 other costume sets for no reason.

So then Toqger is possible to be used for Power Rangers to you guys?

I don't see why not. It's the same as any other normal Sentai. Only thing is the train theme and America apparently not being into trains nearly as much as Europe and Japan. But if a shuriken themed Sentai that didn't sell as well as ToQger got adapted I fail to see the point

Except no. The deal is that Hasbro gets Power Ranges. Unless the deal includes VR Troopers (which it won't) and Hasbro try getting Kamen Rider from Toei for some reason, they won't get anything other than maybe using footage/suits from Sentai crossovers with the Sentai and not the people crossing over

Better quality merch for sure. Personally I expect action figures with accurate anatomy.

Honestly I'm finding it refreshing. I haven't played with any out of the box, but good grief some of the Zords look really cheap these days. I go back and look at my Titan Megazord and wonder when that all happened.

Except in America, Ninjas are exotic magic parkour shadow warriors with immense presence in pop culture as they disappear in smoke puffs and chuck shurikens at people that blow up on contact, whereas trains are a stupid hobby for your dad/baby brother from 3 to 6 years AND ONLY your dad/baby brother from 3 to 6 years.

I'll address each individually!

Toqger: I vote yes on this, but I have concerns! One concern: Episode 3 with Chain Shadow!!! They can cut that battle down or completely out, but the possibility is always there due to how transformation works! Plus, ToqOh has never screamed "PR Megazord" to me! Diesel-Oh on the other hand...!

Akibaranger: NOT FOR CHILDREN!!! NUFF SAID!!!

Zyuohger: Love the suits and the villains, but the mecha don't scream "PR Megazord" by enough!

Kyuranger: A constellation-based PR is a so-so theme! I'd like to see some elements, but I'm not convinced!

Kyoryuger Brave: I do think this could be made to work, but it was done for South Korea initially! Though Toei did a dub for it, I'm not sure if Saban could negotiate this! Plus, it wouldn't last long enough!

Gorider: An Ex-Aid connection! Too much of a Kamen Rider Sentai! If there were some way to genuinely re-introduce Kamen Rider to the States, then this could be re-explored sometime down the line!
