There's a new Star Fox game coming out. HE has to be coming as a tie-in to promote it. Also consider he's easy to bring over from Brawl and the Smash team seem to be the only competent people going into this fall at Nintendo after that E3 showing, so they'll at least be somewhat in touch with the fans.

I've been messing around with Ryu, i love playing as him it's so much fun and so satisfying to pull off the combo moves, unfortunately i still can't pull off that super Shoryuken for the life of me.

He might easily be a new main for me.

the SHIN shoryuken is a super short range move, like, you gotta be right on them to do it.

His inputted Shoryu is annoying to time, but it's worth it~

I don't see why you feel that way. He's never been a prominent Star Fox character. Just a secondary antagonist with ties to Fox's past (Which is rarely explored because OMG ANDROSS AGAIN GODDAMMIT). Beyond being "Just a Star Fox character" he wouldn't be much promotion (Yeah, he's in the game, but still)

While yes, I would definitely love Wolf back (I wanna have fun with this thing!), I don't see him as a guaranteed return.

Wait, are we talking about his inputted Shoryuken (F-D-DF+Atk) or his Shin Shoryuken (Final Smash)?

Shin Shoryuken is the Ultra/Hyper/Super (Or, in this case, Final Smash).

Things just confused me when you threw out "Shin" in front of the name since it's a different move entirely :lol

I can't see myself using Ryu in a serious match as using him to me feels like when I firat played Smash bros, where I didn't know how the moves worked and random shit keeps happening.

That's a small complaint i have with Ryu, sometimes he does the combo moves randomly, maybe i'm just subconsciously doing the button combinations i don't really know.

It's not random. It's just that (On the 3DS, at least), it's too sensitive.
