My main problem with it being that it lives on controversy, Valvrave seems to believe that all publicity is good publicity. It exploits twists at every corner. :lol

I find Valvraves is one of those animes that's difficult to talk about without seriously spoiler dropping.

Some of the crazy stuff you see while watching is one of the strengths of the series I think.

Definitely, even taking about ep 1 is spoilerish.

And yeah it's a crazy ride, people's reactions to it is easily the best thing about it. Smart move considering the importance of social media in-show.

Watching more of Zoids, Bit Cloud is so memorable that he's the only thing i remember from this.

For new shows I'm watching: Blaz Blue, Gundam BF and Kill la kill.
There are other interesting shows but I'll wait a few week before choosing whether to pick them up or not.

I have a lot of shows I'm interested in, although the main ones are probably Kill la Kill, Valvrave 2, Kyousogiga, and Samurai Flamenco.

See, the thing is, I don't know if I am. I only finished 3 episodes and am about to start the 4th and already... yeah... It's interesting.

It's definitely a very interesting story and it regularly tops itself, that also aplies to the violence and darker aspects of the show.

Kill la Kill is my most anticipated series of the year so that's a definite watch. As is the Blazblue anime.

I'm gonna give Samurai Flamenco, Pupa and Gundam Build Fighters a go too, dunno how long I'll stick with them though.

Just finished The Future Diary. Boy was that a journey. All in all, it ended on a high note nether the less, but I think that Psycho level I mentioned earlier is stuck in two alternate universes and is stuck in the third earth. Besides that, a great ending.

Missed this... Yeah, it's because I've read the manga that I'm not happy with where this is ending. Its popularity should definitely help get it a second season, I hope..

Finished six episodes of Future Diary. Yuno, man...

I think there's an OVA too taking place after the anime ending.
And a side-story manga Mirai Nikki Paradox.

So I just finished the Karen Bee arc of Nisemonogatari. Well that was sure something.

Not only was it the longest Monogatari arc so far, it was also the worst. It had about 2 episodes worth of (dull) plot and about five of lengthy conversations about nothing and needless fanservice. The only positive is how awesome Shinobu is.

Fingers crossed Tsukihi Phoenix is better. But then it already is because of Platinum Disco.

What the hell did I just watch?

Suddenly the last 3 episodes of Oreimo season 2 don't seem so awkward.

Episode 18 of Clannad finally gets Tomoya's friends to realize where his heart lies. Does Tomoya know where it is? I don't know.

Episode 19… I always feel badly after these types of entertainment, because suddenly my problems don't seem so horrible. Poor Tomoya. Anyway, I like this episode, but I really wish they'd develop Tomoya's father a bit more.

Episode 20 does that weird Clannad thing of being simultaneously funny and serious at the same time. On the one hand, we learn more about Nagisa as a character, in addition to the relevance of the spirit robot. On the other hand… "FEEL THE RAINBOW!" :lolol

It's only 3 episodes (ok 2, 9 was filler iirc) long, it's Shinobu-heavy and definitely an improvement. But generally speaking Nisemono is meh...
S2 so far has been nothing but awesome.

Watching more Zoids, oh god this background music... So dang nostalgic, it makes me happy.

Yeah, Phoenix was better but still not up to the standard Bakemonogatari set. Shinobu is indeed a badass though (and it was adorable when she was going nuts over the doughnuts).

I still have Neko to watch, but I'll probably wait until s2 is completely done so I can grab some Bluray rips for it. I always prefer to do that with Shaft shows with the way they tweak them for home release.

I'm watching Attack on Titan and Space Battleship Yamato 2199, both are great animes.

Shinobu is simply great, one of the best characters in the shows.

Neko is good, by that point I was little tired of the Meddlesome Cat but it's solid. Word of warning: S2 so far has featured characters and plot details from Kizumonogatari, it's not an obligatory read but it makes things clearer and adds lots of character to Shinobu.

Hmm, I've got a good idea of what goes on in Kizu but I'll keep it in mind. That film just needs to come out already!

It's nothing too major, at least so far.
And honestly if they don't release it after S2 I'm giving up on it, it's more of a dream than a reality right now. :lol

I plan on getting into Attack on Titan just to be caught up with all the hip kids but I don't know if a semi casual anime fan like me should watch it right now. Especially with Kamen Rider Blade, Kabuto, Gundam 00 now on my plate

Will watch Kokoro Connect after I finish The Familiar of Zero.

It's defintely a very good show, but very dark and grim.
It's also very slow paced, so if you are feeling that you are watching too many shows right now, save it for later.

Episode 21 of Clannad and the stakes are high. I thought for sure Akkio would go insane after finding Tomoya with the secret pictures and albums, but I guess it makes sense.

Akkio isn't such a bad guy. He might have a short temper but he knows when to the time calls for him to keep cool.
