The Driver handle is misshapen with the bottom hinge being bent ever so slightly outward. Anyone recommend any fixes for it? It's bothering me enough that I'm considering buying a replacement and I really don't want to do that.

Was able to get a preorder in for S.S. Amazon on AmiAmi, though I did have to fight through tons of server traffic lol

no one has a good night when a mb gundam and valkyrie go up for sale. I woke up at 3 ready for the fight and realized the start time was 6pm for some reason, so that was fun.

Amazon hasn't sold out of HLJ if anyone still needs to pre-order one.

I’m a list keeper for a middleman so I gotta make sure to have everyone’s orders written down for the right date. I did an initial order wave list in March and discovered the second release date when I was gonna add someone to that list

Regarding the new Power Rangers-Hasbro deal...does anyone know how it will affect future SHF PR releases? It probably isn't even worth bringing up since Tamashii Nations abandoned plans for all Sentai/PR releases in general but it seemed like they were gearing up for more releases with the MMPR civilian variants. I've read that the MMPR/Zyuranger Figuarts could only be re-released if they were repackaged as something else (at the time, it was assumed to be a tie-in opportunity with whatever the Power Rangers movie could have been). Then, it seemed like Tamashii Nations found a better alternative - releasing the figures with new parts (the civilian heads shown at Toy Fair 2018). Now that the PR-Hasbro deal has been made, have the chances for "civilian" MMPR Figuarts dropped entirely?

And immediately wishing I hadn't passed on Blood Stalk and Cross-Z.

Night Rogue in particular is really nice. Really happy with him. Build, I remember they were going for the whole cheaper release thing, but still do kinda wish he came with just a little bit more.

My Kamen Rider Lazer Turbo was shipped out today....I actually wasn't expecting it so soon.

I’ve been wondering this as well. What’s the status or possibility of the return to Sentai Figuarts? What’s the holdup? And is Hasbro planning to pick up where Bandai left off? And if not, does this leave room for TM to at least rerelease teams like Gokaiger? This is likely another one-and-done cash grab, but I’m hoping this is bait for Sentai Figuarts to return. Hell, let’s at least get the teased prototypes finished and released. Or like everyone’s been saying, finish the teams they started. Where’s my Baseball Mask?!? The Swat Mode Dekarangers? Shurikenger, the Jetman, the Boukengers, Goseiger and Kyoryugers? Come on BoJ.

Figuarts are still Bandai. So...there's even less chance for Power Rangers figuarts now. Bandai could still do Sentai Figuarts, I suppose, but?? There doesn't seem to be a market for them.

To be fair, I think there is a market, just not te one they think of when doing some sentai figuarts....I mean....did people really cared about Akibaranger?

Only my opinion, but I would have loved to see the entire Jetman cast being done, seeing at least one or two rangers from Time Ranger or even KingRanger from...well...Ohranger....

The Akibaranger figuarts are the only Sentai figuarts I own, so yeah. Kamen Rider figuarts do well because the show is aimed at an older audience (a.k.a. the people who would spend money on premium figures). Sentai is for younger audiences that mostly buy the robots. Sentai doesn't even have budget figure releases (softbi doesn't count) anymore. Akibaranger was aimed at older audiences and the robot was not a big part of the show, which is why those figuarts were the focus of Sentai figuarts (and I think Akiba sold well seeing that even the Season 2 females were retail).

In addition to being pitched to a younger audience, Sentai also has the team problem. Some people won't be happy with Sentai Figuarts unless they can have a complete team, and that's very expensive. With Kamen Rider, a collector could be happy buying just the main Rider. As anyone who bought the Boukengers or Jetmen can tell you, owning a partial team can be... unsatisfying.

All Bandai really has to go on is past sales, and the past sales of Sentai led them to conclude they're not profitable to manufacture compared to everything else Figuarts is doing. That they switched to Gorenger and Sun Vulcan before giving up suggests they were trying to find an audience, and modern Sentai wasn't selling. Obviously, those didn't sell well enough, either. It's very disappointing for me, but unless something changes, I don't see Bandai making any more Sentai Figuarts.

As always, I'd be happy to be pleasantly surprised.

I bought all the Akibarangers, so,..yeah.

for Zyuranger Sentai though I just bought the MMPR Legacy metallic figures. Because the SHF prices to get the whole team were over $1,000. And I'm not doing that.

Well, guess I'm buying from AmiAmi again, HLJ's discounts are rather weak recently.

Ultraman X costs 5420¥ on AmiAmi and 7000¥ on HLJ. Wow.

Needless to say, I got my pre-order in at AmiAmi this morning.

What was wrong with Amiami?

Nothing, I just preferred HLJ because their private warehouse was more convenient and because for some time they had the better prices.

They still do for some items in fact, the Shinkocchou Seihou Amazon costs less there than it does on AmiAmi. But the discounts on HLJ have really gone downhill recently, and now they had next to none for Ultraman X while AmiAmi had a much better price.

I just buy where the price is better now; I kind have to since the Euro to Yen conversion is rather awful lately.

You know, I never liked MMPR, but that design is pretty solid, and I did own the old SHF, and it was pretty nice. I won't get this, but neat for those that love MMPR or Sentai.

Not necessarily looking to buy them in place of any SHFs, but I'd like to have some in case I need spare parts for my actual Figuarts figures for whatever reason (such as lost or broken parts).

There are definitely some out there, as to which I couldn't tell you. The only one I know exists for sure is Shinkocchou Seihou Kabuto.

With how quickly the Ex-Aid releases climb in price I'm glad I was able to find one sold from Japan just to be safe with any potential knock-off stuff. Now I just gotta preorder Genm Lvl 0 and Chronos to be good with Ex-Aid riders.
