And the other two in that thumbnail are a crazy homeless guy, a burn victim/guy with many small benign facial tumors and two PMC soldiers.

The damage control special told me nothing I didn't already know. Nor did it make me want to see these movies. I was really hoping they were going to give me something to make me rethink my position.

Oh, and the new SS trailer totally forgot about Katanna. Not to mention they once again only really showed Deadshot, Harley, and Joker.

The trailer looks like it could be a fun movie. People seem to be mix on Killer Croc's design in the movie. A lot of people I seen say that he looks like a Goomba from the Super Mario Bros. Film or pretty similar to the Lizard from The Amazing Spider-Man.

IMO the flaw with Killer Crocs design, even in comics, is that he retained a human sized/shape skull. No elongation. If he had a more animalistic looking head, aside from skin and eyes and teeth, he wouldn't have looked so bad.

So I watched the trailer and all I got from it was "please watch us, we are jsut like Guardians of the Galaxy! Please, please, please watch us, pleeeeeaaaaasssseee."

like seriously. We got the old pop/rock song, our protagonists are a bunch of misfit scumbags, the emphasis on humor. This is just a shameless Guardians rip-off.

I cringed every time Harley Quinn spoke.

My biggest issue with the DC movie universe is that they started too late and it seems like that they are rushing everything. I always feel like we should have got another solo Superman movie before doing Batman v Superman.

I cringe at most depictions of her. At first the idea of her was interesting, but now she's just unpleasant. Too "quirky" for my taste. And and her look swings between Spencers Gifts and Hot Topic and levels of "God I hate it so much."

Also she's a lot like Catwoman and Ra's Al-Ghul in the "are you hero or a villain? I can't tell at all" category.

Also the trailers just Guardians of the Galaxy for DC and it's not nearly as fun looking as GOTG was.

And I'm still more excited for this than Batman V Suoerman.

That's exactly my problem. They are rushing into JL instead of just letting the movies develop their characters first. DC is trying to copy Marvel, but not put any effort into it.

They would've been better off releasing WW after MOS then making a Trinity movie featuring Affleck,Cavil and Gadot then making Flash and finally making the JL film that introduces Aquaman and Cyborg.*atleast I assume that's Cyborg*.

If anything these films will do well. Man of Steel might not have broke records, but it did well enough to warrant a Batman V Superman film and all these others.

Personally Batman V Superman will make a big load of money, no matter how mediocre it is. It is the two most iconic superheroes fighting, the only thing that could ruin it is if the other superheroes come to out of nowhere.

Suicide Squad, if its advertised enough, its going to make plenty of money.

You can hate all you want on DC, and while I too am iffy on the whole universe, I think BvS will be successful and have people wanting more form that universe.

BVS is coming out so late because they push the movie to 2016 because Ben Affleck break his leg and cause filming to put on hold from what I can remember. The movie was originally to be set out in July 2015 then move to May 2016 and finally March 2016. They should have done a solo DC film in 2014 and 2015 to lead up to BVS then finally JLA.

So apart from BVS, Wonder Woman, and the Cosplay Squad trailer, Flash and Arrow returned this week and Legends of Tomorrow debuted.

Flash was an alright episode. My only problems were that the Barry/Patty split (?) seemed pretty rushed. Also I don't like that they're pretty much going for the whole 'Season 1 Harrison Wells/Eobard Thawne keeping secrets' with Earth-2 Harrison Wells. We know his reasons but I all they've done is just rehashed Season 1 Wells and made him from Earth-2, not a speedster, and has a daughter. But I can't wait for next weeks episode, the Reverse-Flash returns and his origin story with Barry.

Arrow was alright as well. Wasn't really anything I could fault. At least we can strike off a certain character who isn't in the grave four months later.

Haven't seen Legends of Tomorrow yet. I'll have to watch it another time.

Batman Bad Blood - Well, this one was at least an improvement over the last movie. They have completely destroyed Talia though by turning her into Ra's 2.0, which completely makes her into an utterly unlikable ****. Good god I hate what they did with her here. Also, the "villain" the movie starts out with is barely even in the thing, making him completely pointless. The only thing that makes the movie not garbage is the great one liners and insults the characters were constantly throwing back at each other. Other than that, there isn't anything here worth talking about. Only watch it if you need to see every DTV. I give it a 6/10.

Ohhhhhhhhhh damn!! Legends of Tomorrow was awesome!!!! It was like watching a Crisis comic crossover on the TV screen. I can't wait for more!!

I don't like the path Harley's character has taken over recent years (Well, outside of comics, that is. I don't read comics she appears in, so I can't really comment how she acts there).

This is pretty much the reason why I have zero excitement for Batman VS Superman or Suicide Squad. They're pretty much putting all of their eggs in one basket, but I think it's gonna come back to bite them.

1. It's already doing that.

2. ...Yeah because they're totally putting real effort into it.

3....Until Marvel announces their next project because they actually try to make good movies.

So rumor has it that DC might be relaunching its line with new #1s again this summer. With the line going to have a big emphasis on its movie/tv characters.

The current MU is more like the MCU and pretty different at the same time. Its enough to annoy some people though.

What DC did was making its Shows/Movies a lot like their current comics so its no surprise they are doing it even more now. Really curious what their new direction for the line will be after DCYou last year didnt work out so well for them as they may have hoped.

Just finished Legends of Tomorrow. Love the Doctor Who meets DC feel to it. Chronos felt more like a Dark Elf from Thor 2 than a bounty hunter. However, I love the continuity to this show. I do feel like Sarah's development wis weird here, one minute she is seemingly hiding and running while in Tibet, yet after Rip Hunter, she is training with Laurel in the Arrow Cave like they've been doing it since she was brought back.

Really nitpicky I know, but it bugged me and had to be my sole complaint with the show.

So it seems the DC relaunch could be true. I'm a bit iffy on the whole idea. There's titles I'd like to see relaunch and some I don't. I really don't like the idea of it having a big emphasis on the tv shows/movies as it seems like they've already kinda tried/trying that with DCYou such as Aquaman receiving a costume similar to Jason Momoa's Aquaman and Suicide Squad (or Squad members) getting multiple titles (Suicide Squad Most Wanted: Deadshot/Katana, Harley Quinn and her Gang of Harleys, Harley Quinn's Little Black Book, etc.)

Who knows. What titles would you like to/wouldn't like to see relaunched? And what new titles would you like to see?

As long as Batgirl is left untouched I'll be okay. I adore that book and would hate to lose it.

2. They are though, the movie won't be until August, there will be plenty of advertisement towards the release of the film. Right now they are focusing on BvS.

3. Honestly when I rewatch Marvel movies out of the theater, they don't really do it for me. Last year when I rewatched the Avengers, it was pretty stupid. Batman Vs. Superman will be popular, because it is two of arguably most popular superheroes fighting on screen. I do have hope that DC knows what they are doing and Marvel will have a bit of competition on their hands.

I disagree. The Marvel movies have only gotten better over time. Hell, Iron Man 3 is a lot better than it was in the theater. The only reason Avengers 2 isn't highly praised is because it didn't do anything new from the first movie. That doesn't make it bad though.

Hell, Winter Soldier and Guardians get so much better with every viewing.

I think your problem might just be super hero overload. That was what I was going through in 2013 and 2014 where I just didn't want to rewatch any of the Marvel movies. I love these movies, but there are just way too many comic book movies these days.

BTW, I don't believe he's not talking about the release period of SS, he means that DC in general is not putting any effort into their movies, which I agree with. They want what Marvel does, but they don't want to earn it.

It certainily says volumes about DC that when you go to any big store there's tons of Disney stuff yet WB/DC is few and far behind. They have irreparably damaged their brand with overly gloomy and depressing comics and a cartoon nearly everyone hates.

In all fairness retailers aren't too pleased with Marvel but damn, DC just can't do much of anything. At this point I'm not sure they'll ever regain lost ground, let alone the respect they once had.

OH WHAT THE FUCK DC!!!!?? Tonight's episode of Arrow just gave me another reason to hate the freaking movie universe.
