Sudden thought, but what if Daichi and Sara are Jyamato King and Queen, and not Kekera and Beroba? Like Daichi makes sense as King, since he's the one that's cultivating the Jyamato now, and he has a grudge against Keiwa, so what better way to get back at Keiwa than brainwashing Sara into being the Jyamato Queen?

New images of Tycoon Shogun, the helmet and chest armor are 100% Command twin retools, the shoulders/arms look familiar too but I can't quite tell what they're from. Looks like the sketch leak for the buckle was accurate as well (it also seems that he has both buckles slotted in so he may not have a "MK III" equivalent form like Geats as some have speculated and this is straight up Shogun).

Tycoon Shogun looks really cool. I wonder if he'll pull out the sword and it will magically grow like Saber swords haha (I'm still not over that).

Even more images of Tycoon Shogun looks like he also has recolored Ninja legs, still can't tell where the arms come from tho. I also find it funny that he uses a very legit looking sword as opposed to something that's very obviously a toy (not a knock against toyetic designs, I actually really enjoy them).

Also we got the poster for the film "Kamen Rider Geats: the 4 Aces and the Black Fox", turns out the black Geats IX is not Izanagi but instead X Geats (Cross Geats). The current speculation that perhaps Izanagi is the one who uses the rainbow Geats ID Core or it was a placeholder name.

Minor points:

• They actually drew in armor details on the foam padding his thighs (in the regular Ninja lower body that area would be blank).
  
• The arms are actually a mix of pieces. The small armor bit in between his shoulders and the forearms appears to also be from the Command Twin armor.
  
• While the forearms themselves are actually from the Ninja Rider Players from Ex-Aid. It's extremely difficult to notice, but there are 2 protruding bumps on the sides to protect the straps. Personal opinion:

Honestly I don't mind any of the retooling we seen in Geats so far. To me it just shows a lot of creativity that goes on in the Costume dept. That they can take almost anything from anywhere and repaint and retool it into a cool new suit.

Yea, honestly I think a lot of the retools and repaints in Geats have been smartly used. And it's not like the first time we've had a secondary Rider final form that has retooled and repainted parts. We've got-

- Zeronos (Zero Form is a repainted Altair Form)
- Baron (Baron Lemon Energy Arms reuses the Lemon Energy Arms from Duke, and no let's not get into the debate of if Lord Baron should be considered a final form. First and foremost it's a monster form that acts as a final form, because it isn't "Kamen Rider Lord Baron")
- Mach (Chaser Mach straight up reuses the chaser undersuit with the gauntlets and boots)
- Brave (Not only is Taddle Legacy a repaint/retool of Taddle Fantasy, but the first usage of it wasn't even by Brave himself, but by True Brave, making this a multilayered retool)
- Live (EvilytyLive reuses the normal Live/Evil undersuit, with the boots, gauntlets, torso armor, and helmet from Holy Live but with added black marks)

So it's really not that out of the ordinary to see. And Tycoon Shogun does such a fantastic job of looking great while using existing parts.

Speaking of repaints, looks like Cross-Geats is a heavy re-use of Ichigata and the helmet is very clearly IX. I can't remember another suit that re-used the final form helmet though

I was specifically talking about secondary Riders and their final forms, but yea. Geats has been really good about their repaints and retools, making them all so great.

They use the Vulcan Lone Wolf shoulders, too. So technically it's a Vulcan Lone Wolf repaint too. I like how they paint it to make it look like Geats IX so it isn't immediately obvious that it's reusing those parts.

I've also seen some people speculate that his forearms & boots are taken from Volcano Revi but it's sorta hard to tell.

I honestly doubt they reused Mark IX's helmet as opposed to just making another one.
The MC's final form doesn't tend to get scrapped as often as they used to.

The chest of Cross-Geats is actually from Ark Scorpion

Aren't the chest pieces of Lone Wolf and Ark Scorpion the same? (in fact, both of those being retooled from KR Ichi-Gata?)

If Na-go still has her original ID Core, we can conclude that that's a different Na-go than the one we know.

Keep in mind that the images of Buffa & Nago in the poster are stock images (for example here's where Buffa comes from) most likely the poster will be modified to have Buffa Maou & Nago Fantasy once they debut proper in the show.

With Sara killed by accidentally by Buffa, wonder what’ll happen to Neon living on her own? Be nice to see her and Tsumuri connect as friends and roommates. Seeing Tsumuri who’s to be the next “goddess of creation” and on the run.

Perhaps Tsumuri can become a Rider in such a special.

Keiwa will move in instead since he can't bear the thought of living in his old place without his sister.

Alright here's the laser king & queen forms accessed through the new cards. They're going to release an updated laser raise riser (P-Bandai) that has sounds for these forms.

I'd rather Tsumuri. But Keiwa could be a possibility.

The coloration for Queen gives me Medusa vibes. Lol.

So regarding the final form buckles, that's 2/3 (or I guess 2/4 since there's still fantasy) so I think it's safe to say the leaks are correct & Buffa Maou's buckle will look similar to the sketch.

It also means that Buffa's helmet is going to have the Jyamashin horns again too.

I mean I thought the horns were cool as long the armor itself is new I'm happy

also now I got to see Tycoon new form in action I'm a bit more happy with it, still add its just a retooled/repaint but eh

I mean, Revolve On won't drastically change the design, but if Tycoon can use it with the Bujin Sword buckle, it can still provide him with one more form.

Wonder how Geats can save Tycoon? Otherwise it'll be Na-Go who'll save him.

Well, the ability he has as Geats IX is to destroy something and immediately put it back together, so perhaps defeating him in a (metaphorical) battle will do the trick.
