The ONLY custom pony merch I see going that much is pony plushies, and even a lot of plushie makers will tell you that $1000 is a rip off unless it's really big.

I saw it this morning, but I went to bed after on a count of I somehow stayed up until 7:30 in the morning. :lol

It was thoroughly enjoyable! :D Some parts were a bit predictable, but the character interactions were really enjoyable. Overall, I really liked this episode.

On another note, there was some dark humor in this episode. I'm also glad that they didn't do the obvious thing and say "Oh! Turns out Pinkie isn't related after all!"
