As far as I know, they can use Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch because they're part of the Avengers. However, they can't use any of the aspects of the characters related to X-Men, such as their nicknames and origin stories.

Only ultimate Jessica Drew. Otherwise she only shares the Spider name since she got her powers a lot differently than Miles or Peter or May Parker

Captain America looks nuts, and not in a good way. Also the animation for this show looks shit.
