maybe Racles can be redeemed if he had some 'good' hidden reason to be the way he is now.
the series can just also kill him off after he redeems himself. He declares Gira the new king and his orange sword gives the Kuwagata Ohger an upgrade form. xD

I would imagine the sixth ranger like Kenshin Himura from Rurouni Kenshin, where he has two sides: the kind & humble side while the other is hateful of rulers filled with tragedy & despair.

It would fit him as an anarchist/revolutionary/liberator/ex-republicant.
