You have to buy the Genesis Driver to get the Core. There is no separately available accessory. And as for the seeds, the DX ones have multiple buttons on them that interact with the belt to produce the appropriate sounds. The Gashapons just have a single button that you press in succession to produce the sounds. You have to cycle through them.

will the gashpon ones work in the belt/core the same way as the DX ones, opening, etc?

Yeah, but you'd need to do another press of the button on the gashapon after the first one that announces it's name to make it do the transformation noise.

The Gashapon do not. You have to open them yourself.

Got a payment request from hlj for my Kachidoki lockseed! I pre-ordered the thing quite a while after it originally went up, so anyone that pre-ordered Kachidoki stuff should be getting a payment request sometime soon.

Man, looking at reviews of the DJ gun, I'm a bit sad I'm going the lockseed only route, because boy it looks like a blast, especially when you insert the musou saber and the handle of the gun pops out a bit to become a longer blade, and the fact it looks to be quite large and hefty compared to most prop toys.

Also I kinda hyped myself up for it a while back, I totally thought Bandai would bundle it with the Kachidoki Lockseed so I almost resigned myself to it because it looked like an actually badass toy but alas Bandai decided to not go with that despite doing it twice before with the melon and lemon lockseeds. I wonder if they saw how good the toys were selling and decided to make them separate for extra moolah?

Just got in my long overdue order of Gashapon Lock seeds as well as AC Jinba Gaim. The different form panels on mine like to fall pop off but it does make it easier to switch forms, just pop them off and put them back in however you want.

And by chance if anyone is wants to buy a Blade Lock seed (non-LED) send me a message, my gashapon pulls were three Blades and just one Kiva.

You need the core to enjoy the Jinba form. that's pretty much it.

After watching the latest episode of Gaim I really want Kachidoki lock seed, but to my chagrin none of the sites have it in stock, including HLJ, AmiAmi, and CS Toys. Guess I'll have to try my luck at Mandarake then.

to all the people that missed out on Kachidoki just remember it comes in a 2pack with the Kiwami form key lockseed thing in June. so if you miss out it shouldn't be too hard to get one.
