Seriously. For a time they reissued almost nothing. But lately it's slowly getting better.

I prefer the Mach Chaser suit, I planned to get it eventually anyway. But still would have liked the one I ordered.

As long as they see the item you got is the wrong one they should be good. They’ll ask for you to send it back and they’ll send the right one when delivery is confirmed. I ordered a Black for my buddy and they sent me RX, so had to go through that process

Bit of a random question, but to those who own SHF Den-O Liner Form what's your feelings on it? I know that with Den-O getting a Seihou then Liner Form can't be too far off (... then again, Seihou doesn't seem to know what a final form is), but I'm not overly concerned about getting the Seihou version of everything and the original Liner Form in particular looks gorgeous. Is it all photo magic, or is it really as nice as it looks?

On a similar note, I'd also eventually want to get some form of Chou Climax form; that SHF doesn't look as good as Liner to me, but thoughts on that if you own it?

I do feel like Climax Form does somehow look more spindly than Liner Form, but I think it's actually pretty much they same figure? I don't have my Den-O SHFs any more, so I can't be sure or measure it against any Seihou figures, but I thought Liner Form was pretty good, it was always my favorite of that batch.

Does it usually take a while to respond?

It depends on the store. Though you do have to consider that due to the outbreak a lot of places are operating at a significantly lower capacity than usual, so that's likely contributing to the delay in a response.

This week's Tamashii Blog entry focuses on Kamen Rider Valkyrie and gives us a direct comparison with Vulcan. She's doesn't reuse the same body piece, her frame looks entirely different.

What with SS Den-O being a thing, should I expect a SHF New Den-O down the line? Honestly one of my favorite Den-O suits.

Or should I just get the Trilogy SHF since that one still looks decent?

I'd say expect it, but

A) Not at retail
B) Not for a while unless they want to follow release order

You can still find the Trilogy version for relatively cheap, so if you want to get it while waiting for ages for the new one to exist; I'd say go for it.

I'm tempted to pick up the original Ryuki and Ryuga releases...do you guys think they'd be worth it?

I'd say it really depends on what price you can get them for. Ryuki figuarts are in a strange place where they were well above the quality of other figuarts at the time and would still hold up okay today, but have definitely been outdone and at least in terms of scale and sculpt they might not look 'right' next to other figuarts. They're fine, but don't pay too much for them -- the 20RK re-issue of Ryuki is on Mandarake for 5500 yen right now, which is pretty alright.

And naturally, I'm gonna bring up the Figma Dragon Knight releases; which are way cheaper and easier to get ahold of. Both 'Dragon Knight' and 'Onyx' are on Mandarake for about 3000-4000 yen right now, so I'd definitely consider them.

I actually own Figma Onyx. It is a nice figure, but it just kind of lacks...something for me. Maybe that something is a large Japanese dragon. :p

I imagine we will see a Ryuki renewal within the next few years, and a prompt Tamashii Nations event repaint into Ryuga...but there is no way they will have the Advent Beasts.

While it is unlikely for them to do Dragredder again, I do have hopes that maybe the Figure-Rise version of Ryuki will get a model kit version of Dragredder.

Figure-Rise haven't even done secondary riders outside of Geiz, nor forms outside of inexplicitly W's non-upgrade ones. I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Bwahhh, I need some help. I ordered SHF SS Zero, and gonna be ordering Garo Raiga ver soon. I also have the chance to buy another one: either Iron Man mk45, Kamen Rider Brain, or an LC White Ranger or Lord Zedd. Out of these, Brain is obviously the rarest, Iron Man is the coolest, and Lightning Collection is far cheaper and I'd get 2 figures (and they may be available widely once Hasbro starts exporting PR toys to Asia, god knows when), and my intuition is to save some money, and hope that in the future I'm able to secure the ones I didn't get.

Gaahhh decisions decisions.

Has Bandai announced any delays for upcoming releases? I figured the pandemic would have pushed everything back.

As far as I can tell, there's a few Bandai products that have been delayed, but none of them are SHFs. (For reference, the delayed items are the DX CycloneRiser; the DX Humagear Module; the CSM W Driver 1.5; and the Kakuranger HG figures)

Though I've personally been wondering about delays myself -- it's been a good couple weeks now and BBTS hasn't put Seihou Tajador up for pre-order yet, even though they usually have SHF pre-orders up within the first week.

This whole pandemic thing has me riled up because looking back at it, this wasn't such a big issue 'bout two months ago. Our government's really incomepetent too..

Like, yeah, priorities and all, but this corona thing really fucked up me income. Kinda gets me worried if I'm gonna be able to pay for me pre-orders when they come out XD.

Wouldn't be surprised if delays got announced soon, considering literally every other toy company has announced delays on like, everything.

At the very least I'd hope that most retailers would be more lenient in regards to cancellations than they have been in the past. Looking at you, Amiami.

Anti-Ock Spider-Man was delayed, but that's the only SHF I've seen.

Still gonna expect more to happen for next month's releases.
