Just keep using the Encounter O-power, that's what I did and increases chances of encountering Pokémon, so a shiny is bound to appear with patience. I was about to go to bed when Haruto showed up :lol

I'm thinking te Pokemon i've been training with the hidden ability and great IV's is gonna suck online because of it's nature.
