Personally, I'm excited for the writing team. Hasegawa just does great stuff in general and I'm interested in seeing Uchida taking a bigger role.

Just on a slight tangent in regards to Fukuda's involvement with Saber since that got brought up earlier, I feel there's a lot of misterpretations on that. It's easy to look at the numbers and say Fukuda only wrote a third of the show, but the impression I've always gotten about Saber was that it was always more roundtable and collaboration between its various writers. Like it was always meant to be the case that Mouri and Hasegawa would contribute quite a lot to Saber

The protagonist's allies I'd imagine be like Joey Wheeler & Tea Gardner. So they BETTER become riders too! The "Joey Wheeler" will probably be like Garren.

It is also interesting that the lore of the show basically excludes the possibility of evil riders. So if you want to show the battle of the riders, you will have to limit yourself to the introduction of a dark pseudo-rider, hypnosis or misunderstanding. Or change it`s own rules.

We've seen Geats riders that don't use the Raise Buckles. There could still be Evil Riders, but they'd need an entirely different collectible item.

And so that this item, on the contrary, turns positive characters into monsters.

Can't say that I am too familiar with the main writers work, but everyone else's optimism is a good sign. Also nice to have another highschool protagonist

As with most shows Rider shows, I hope the gimmick doesn't become an afterthought midway into the series. Some shows are better at writing around the yearly trinkets they have to plug. OOO is a great example

No it doesn't. There's undoubtedly going to be humans with malice that resonate with chemi that become Riders, using a different transformation device. The kaijin will likely be your typical out of control monsters, with dark riders being the same fusion but "refined."

That's not even considering the idea that some people may be able to harness the power of chemi to become Riders without fusing with them, or that there may be human-created tech Riders who don't utilize chemi or ride cards at all. We've had plenty of secondary and dark Riders that transform from completely different means to the hero.

Zi-O squandered his opportunity to become Fourze 2.0, even though it would have clearly benefited the show ("Geiz, Majesty" and "Zi-O vs Decade" are proof of that). But the presence of the school on the poster gives hope that Gotchard will spend more time there.
