Is that because it's a bad show, or there isn't enough interest or what?

It's almost like they're padding the show and can't wait for it to all be over. To be fair, they've had some much better episodes built around them than the lead up to the first climax (which is possibly the low point of the series, after the start was so damn strong) but that doesn't change the new focus is really bad.

Kyoryuger is a popular series, but doesn't have the hype Dairanger does. I dunno, maybe it became edgy because Power Rangers skipped it, but the hype that proceeds it promises a much better series than a few good suit designs and fight scenes.

I'm going to finish watching Kyoryuger before thee Kyoryuger x Abaranger x Zyuranger w/ a special appearance by the Go-Busters movie gets subbed.

I haven't seen it, but I'm assuming interest.
Most sub groups (Most? Let's be real. All sub groups) only sub what they see as interesting. They have no obligation to listen to fans and followers, which is why we end up with 3 sets of subs for some shows. Being at the mercy of sub groups, it boils down to "What do they want to sub next," rather than "What to the fans want subbed next?"

I guess that makes sense, they are doing us a service for free. It is a shame though that some shows have been subbed by like five people while others may never get subbed at all.

Yeah. It sucks, but can't do anything about it, so *Shrugs*

Yep. And the older shows tend to have a smaller fanbase than the more recent stuff outside of people who grew up with the shows. There are some people out there who like these shows and want to sub them, but it's a far smaller group than those who are more interested in subbing shows from the last 10-15 years.

It also tends to go by franchise, which is why you get a lot of Rider and Sentai shows subbed, but very little Ultra or Metal Heroes, much less more obscure things like Akumaizer-3 or Zubat.

I assume that the age of the series also has negative affects on both its video quality and, more importantly for translating, audio.

Zubat is fully subbed isn't it?

And Akumaizer-3 is being worked on. They were just the first two shows that came to mind that I remember how to spell. :p

You can't forget Zubat, he says ZUBAAAAAT about ninety times an episode, ZUBAAAAAAAAAAT.

He says it so much you'd think you're in a cave and getting swarmed by actual Zubats :lol
