While I don't want to claim anyone, she is my favourite Pony. :D I knew that from the very first episode years ago...

Hysterically, my favorite pony from the first episode was Rainbow Dash.
I didn't grow to like Rarity until Season 2 (Hell, I didn't even watch the series actively until S2, but I still was there on 10/10/10 for the debut~).

To be honest, I can't name a single contributing factor that won Rarity in my favor. I just found scenes involving her prominently to be the funniest to watch.
