There's something about Shining Hopper in SHF form that I think really works. I didn't care too much about it in the show but those pics of him look good. Gonna be tempting to try and track one down but I might need to have some self-control. Haha.

See, one of the few good things about going for completion with Zero-One is that I don’t need to decide which one I buy. If there's a new Zero-One SHF in town, I buy it :lol

Saw some guy customizing a Kamen Rider Zero-Two Figuarts, makes hopeful that they'll try releasing a Zero-Two SHF faster (though still goddamn P-Bandai, especially with how limited Zero-Two's appearances are).

OH, that's TARAI_YOU! I love his work, very talented! He's done Zero-One's minor forms, as well as Punching Kong and Lightning Hornet.

My guess since we already had an event from them happening during the pandemic: Sold through the Premium Bandai web-shop on three different dates, special members get first dips and normal people will be allowed to order them during the last two.

Their track record with final forms is still really bad - aside from Muteki Ex-Aid, neither Build Genius nor Mugen Ghost are available yet. Plus Zi-O's final form, also not available yet.

But Zero-One keeps trucking along in a nice pace, would be nice to keep it going.

Also pre-orders for Ichi-Gata please? I hope that one doesn't end up in unreleased prototype hell. I bet it will though because it’s my favorite design from Zero-One and I went out of my way to buy the DX merch on the secondary market.

That looks amazing. Speaking of, the hypothetical Saber SHF would probably come with two different versions of the sword right? One for the belt and one for the handheld. Since Shinken Gold came with different Sakanamaru for scale reasons, even though in show they were the same prop.

Most likely. Saber'll have two different Swords, one that fits in the sheath and one he actually holds. I was about to say that Bandai doesn't do extra accessories but then I remember the Raidriser and Jin's elongated dagger.

Or... They could screw it up and only have the belt sword and the real sword comes with Blades.

I know Bandai will never do Lightning Hornet, but I wish they would since the aftermarkets fucked me over with Valkyrie. Literally 12k yen.

I think there are 2 arguments to make here: The first "We don’t do that anymore so, no", the second: "There's just not a whole lot to this belt aside from the book so we really should".

Personal opinion? They won’t do it. They got away with not doing this kind of thing for way too long now, they will keep going.

What I want to know is, will Saber feature cloth goods for his skirt? Woz Ginga had a cloth cape; it's not a Shinkocchou Seihou-exclusive thing anymore. But the main Rider needs to be sold for cheap each year though so more materials to work with doesn't sound plausible.

I don’t know, I feel like releasing the new main Rider in 2021 with a plastic skirt would be really lame.

Ginga set a precedent for cloth goods, but then the new Cross-z figures are back with plastic skirts

That’s just due to mold re-use from the other Build figures with plastic capes. That’s how these lines work I’m afraid

It's not even a full cape too, just one side skirt. And the pattern isn't very elaborate either. I think in times were we can get stuff like this at retail from Tamashii, there’s just no excuse for a Rider not to have it.

Don't know if anybody has any active preorders for Toku Taku Yoys. I know they probably can't ship anything to the U.S. due to the pandemic, I'm just hoping my Horobi preorder is still a lock since his aftermarket prices are nuts (as are Valkyrie's...ugh).

Valkyrie and Horobi’s prices seriously surprised me. I knew they’d be popular but this is Cross-Z level

Valkyrie's the only female rider so far so ppl would want to get her. And Horobi has done pretty solid in this form for a good duration of the show. I saw this from a mile away.

The question is if Shining Assault would drop in price once Shining and Zero-One's other forms show up. As far as I'm concerned, he's the less desirable form.

Female riders don’t really go for much typically though; Valk’s far outpacing Poppy, Marika, Kivala etc. And Horobi was never a breakout popular character. I think it’s really a thing between the designs being beloved and neither having an upgrade (until the last minute ark scorpion, which isn’t guaranteed a figure and has split opinion anyway).

I would say Valk's suit design is leagues better than Poppy, Marika and Nadeshiko.

I hope Toei sees this as a sign that there is interest for female riders that aren't just afterthoughts. Also Lightning Hornet was an awesome suit, I'm so glad we got it in some figure form from SODO. If they ever did a Figuarts, it would be gorgeous with that gold.

Anyways, I was really hopeful a while back when there were rumors about the next Kamen Rider after Zero One being a brother-sister pair. Hey, could still happen!

Finally set up my SS SHF OOO figures after having them chill on my desk for months. Was able to fill it out a little with the old SHFs I had laying around!

Hey I managed to get a new SS Accel but the bicep swivels are super tight. Is there a good way to loosen them so I don't break it?

Run them under some hot water or use a hair dryer and take it slow, try not to over-force it.

About what setting on a hairdryer?

Start on the lowest heat and adjust as needed

SHF has just gotten taller over time. In my opinion and for the purposes of my own display it’s fine because the height difference is very negligible and unnoticeable in any pose that’s not standing straight next to each other, and also, people in real life are different heights. Can see how it could throw things off for others though!
