Everyone hates Google V. In Japan it's pretty much considered the Operation Overdrive of Sentai.

Goggle V is truly boring as shit. Those designs do nothing for me and Goggle Robo is a joke.

Goggle V are never used again outside of Pink using it once by herself and once during the final battle, outside of the Gokaiger VS Go-Busters movie.

So yeah, it has the "honour" of being the only team that ever only gets a full team Change in the series proper once.
