Yes, but the "S.H. Monsterarts Articulation series" is a project by a fan, the one who’s called mikallica on this forum, and he was approached by Tamashii and his videos got supported by them.

It is his project still, so it's only official in a sense that it is the official site for his project which is featured by Tamashii. Yes he does get some info from them on what’s to come apparently, but those are his teasers and none of those have anything to do with his monster lineup.

That’s the problem though: This site exists for years now. This list got made when S.H. MonsterArts was actually a thing. Nowadays the line is on bare life support. They barely even release new molds anymore. So no, a list a fan made years ago is not promising and is not giving me hope for more Showa monsters to be released.

An actual announcement for the Showa Mechagodzilla would do that though… come on Tamashii, make it so!

The Showa version is the best and should have been released first, no questions about that. I'm not a big MonsterArts buyer but that's a must-have for me.

That said, the concept one here is extremely cool and far better than the lame Heisei version we did get (and in my opinion, better than Kiryu too), so I kinda want. I doubt it transforms, but if it does I may seriously consider it.

It's much better than the Mechagodzilla II we ended up getting, that's for sure, but I think I still prefer Kiryu. And the original Mechagodzilla of course.

What should it transform into? Is there some concept art showcasing this?

There is! Although upon digging it all up its considerably more conceptual than I remember so I'm thinking this figure won't be transformable :lol

Damn, that's awesome! Yeah no way the toy is pulling that one off, but man, that's so much better than the Heisei Mechagodzilla we ended up with.

I mean I can see why they didn't go with it but can you image how amazing that would’ve looked in the movie? Not gonna lie, I actually kinda want the figure now,
even though it won’t be able to do that.

Also now I can finally make out all these machines in the poster, that's actually the three individual components of Mechagodzilla. You learn something new everyday! :lol
