He is pretty much a broken man. He tried to do the right thing and it let knowhere for him or his people. He has no patience left to do it the "right way" so he puts up this persona of a terrorist not because he wants to harm anyone but because its the only option he has left.

So am I one of the few people who just could not get hyped up for AOU? Or just the whole superhero thing in general as of late?

That's how I was last year. This year, I was hyped for AoU, but I avoided every trailer and promo I could.

Was he mentally ill when he made Ultron?

Because if not, he responsible for creating a monster that wiped out a small country, and took over a galactic race that likely wiped out a few other non-human species. What's his punishment for having something based off of his mind commit all the atrocities? He gets to repeatedly come back to the Avengers, and when Wolverine goes back in time to try and kill him before this happens, this is of course wrong to do.

Cyclops in desperation and possessed by the Phoenix kills Xavier, one guy, and he's suddenly equal to or worse than the Red Skull in everyone's eyes.

Pym may get shit, but they let him have a nice school and support while giving him shit. Scott's just Marvel scapegoat, and it's more annoying than it does make sense.

The same Ultron that was intended to be a benefit to mankind and that he has repeatedly tried albeit failed to destroy since it went rogue?Besides punishing Pym for Ultron would be akin to arresting a gun manufacturer for some wackjob using one of their products to shot up a school.

Again I didn't read that story but I assumed it was the whole using the Phoenix Force to conquer the earth thing and killing Xavier was just the icing on the cake?


And Scott has/had an island nation and the support of most of the mutant race and the difference between Pym and Summers is Hank is still getting shit for something that happened 30 years ago that technically wasn't his fault that he has bent over backwards to make up for and Scott is getting shit for the continually poor decisions he has made recently with full mental facilities that to my limited understanding he hasn't done much to rectify.

So months ago I had watched Guardians, and I just could not get into that movie. Heck is had fallen asleep watching it. Same thing happened with Avengers, I had loved it when I saw it in theaters, but a second time around I had fallen asleep, and bored. So having that, it made me so much less interested in going to go watch the new AOU. As much as I think some of the ideas in the film look cool, I fell like I'd fall asleep from it.

I was somewhat hyped going in but not by much. Also I'm one of the few people I know that didnt think that the movie was all that great.

Its good but not one of the best.

Black Panther reference in AOU made my day in the movie, oh and War Machine too.

Xmen Apocalypse Jubliee, and Jean Grey. Really digging and adoring the take and costume for Jubliee. It's missing the really cool trench coat she had in the animated shows and comics, but I can still dig Foxs take on this.

I wonder how long it'll be till they run out of ideas how to make the Avengers suits look different each time they appear in future movies.

Iron man's got no problem in that department, his comics literally run on him updating himself. Hire a person who loves to draw mech suit concept art, and you got your next Iron man suit for future movies.

Cap will likely make a habit of going back to his First Avenger suit regularly anyway, or add a streak of red somewhere odd just for the sake of "updating" it (I wasn't sold on the Age of Ultron suit, I actually like his first Avengers suit just fine).

Well Caps suit in the artwork is still the same he wears in Age of Ultron. And that one was the same suit he wore in Winter Soldier with different colors and some slight modifications. Looks like they will keep this look for now.

The new Armor for Tony looks nice and I love that its the movie version of his Bleeding Edge Armor.

The Agent Carter news is welcome indeed! Hoping it takes place around the time of the founding of SHIELD with Howard Stark.

Agents of SHIELD season 3? I just dont care I guess. The show has moments, few and very far between, but it has them. The problem is that like 90% of a season is just boring non-plot driven junk. It's only gotten interesting this season within the last maybe 3 or so episodes.

Well, I like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., so I'm glad to see it continue.
