Anyone know how reliable Mandrake is? just made my first order everything seems smooth so far, just wanted to get some feedback from other people =]

It is. Have done joint orders with Den-O for Mandarake stuff before, their stuff isn't as bad as you think the things make out. Like "box damaged" is usually just a small scuff

Searching is a bit of a pain! lol any tips for searching for items? if only had luck with terms such as s.h figuarts or figma lol

I'd like to suggest otherwise. Take a look at my friends list for example. There are ten people on there so let's just say that's 100%. Out of those ten people, six of them are fans of MLP (at least to my knowledge). That's 60%, so with that it's easy (at least for me) that six of every ten people are fans of My Little Pony.
