Kaitou said that he stole the Diendriver from Dai-Shocker, (big surprise,) Kuuga Rising Ultimate... Gackt was Riderman, Double beat up Shadowmoon, All Rider Kick, (Ryuki/Dragon Knight with Black RX/Saban's Masked Rider,) so... Nothing important then.
