No. Yellow looks the same in the Zyu and MMPR footage whether it is a Boi or Trini. As such, there should be no difference whatsoever in the build when there is a toy.

In US footage, there is a female stunt actor wearing the yellow costume. It would be dumb, in a line like Figuarts, to be passing off a male body as a female character.
