It literally does not matter what show he's from, he's a tribute to Ryuki and his appearances rival Ryuki's movie only riders who are definitely getting released. Who says you have to wait for Femme and Imperer anyway? They are happening. They may not have release dates but they have been featured as upcoming releases along with their monsters in various magazine scans. Odin & Goldphoenix, Scissors & Volcancer, and Verde were also featured in those same scans and they definitely happened. So my question is what are you really complaining about?

He's a prime candidate for exclusivity but I have no problem at all with him being general retail. He appeared in 2 episodes of a show. Verde, Femme, and Ryuga appeared in 2 movies. I don't see it being that much different.
