So is there a chance for a new Black RX? Would it be wise to sell off mine while it still has some value or would that not have any impact on it?

Rumor is that a new Black RX is happening as well. But that's firmly a rumor right now. But I'd say it's a very likely rumor, I doubt they'd simply do Black, Battle Hopper, and re-release Shadow Moon if they didn't have plans for at least a new RX. Here's hoping we get his other forms as well.

Given that Black, RX, and Kabuto were the rumors, and both Black and Kabuto have been revealed, I'm quite certain RX is happening. Plus, the Bluefin guy at the booth last week never denied RX or Kabuto when I mentioned them to another customer there (and the BF told me about how Black and Hopper looked).

Um okay. I see no reason to worry about missing it on AmiAmi when Bluefin will be releasing it over here and I can just preorder it from Amazon.

So..should I sell my RX now if I ever want any value out of it or would an updated version not hurt the price of the original?
