I think it would be entertaining...it would be crazy to see a Zyuranger version by Burairanger...different yea but cool in light of the rumored Zyuranger reunion coming up

This is the reason I think it might work. Remember “Master Vile & the Metallic Armor Part 2” when he went to retrieve the ZEO Crystal and they showed the flashbacks to “Green With Evil”? I think it adds to him maybe there's a tiny portion of his mind that is haunted by when he was under Rita's command and it plays an integral part in this story.

Well I could see a tv movie explaining his return in Super Megaforce but a hollywood film? Heh even in it's heyday PR performed badly at the box office but then again so did Transformers...

Fair point, but Transformers had help from an outside source new to the material. Power Rangers still has Saban. Get him out of the picture, make a good movie, profit.
