PuToTyra was the final form. It was the "end-all-be-all" power-spam form that was used a crapload in the second half.

Techincally, yes, it was a final form, but I think a true final form needs something beyond the standard MacGuffin. The Cosmic Switch was noticeably different from the other Astroswitches, just as the Xtreme Memory was different from other Gaia Memories. Additionally, Decade had the K-Touch, Kiva had Tatsulot, Den-O had the Keitaros Phone, Kabuto had the Hyper Zecter, Hibiki had the Armed Saber, Blade had the Rouze Absorber, Faiz had the Faiz Blaster, Ryuki had the Survive Deck (but it wasn't that different, so I'll concede there), Agito had that thingy attach to his belt, and Kuuga had another thingy attach to his belt. Wizard's Infinity Ring was different enough from his other Rings.

Furthermore, given the diverse nature of OOO's forms, PuToTyra was more of a berserker jack-of-all-trades form.

I dunno, PuToTyra has little things going on that make it like the other final forms, like how the collectibles don't interact with the suit (Decade, Double, Fourze's does but in a unique way) and how he comes with a special weapon that makes use of the collectibles in a unique way (Decade, Double, Fourze again). Least we forget they all also have a story to them, and PuToTyra is no exception. But if you want an alternative, Movie War Ultimatum and Wizard's crossover seem to have decided that Super TaToBa is his final form. :D

As for Gaim, I'm having trouble really pinpointing a final form, I almost wanna just say what everyone else has been saying and go with star fruit or dragon fruit. Dragon seems like a misstep since we've just had an entire show involving a dragon, but then again, they have used dragons multiple times anyway.

I can respect your opinion. It's reasoning is logical and justified. I just think of PuToTyra as OOO's wildcard form, rather than his Final Form. PuToTyra is strong, but I just see it as similar to how Land Style is the strongest of Wizard's four base forms.

If Gaimu were to have a final form, I actually think it will be based off of an orange tree, given Gen Urobuchi's love of Kamen Rider Ryuki.

Thing is, "final forms" are becoming less... simple than that. It's no longer just "what form is last." Putotyra isn't the final form because it was inherantly evil and violent. Tajador was deffinitely the typical final form, but it wasn't even second-to-last.

It's not always so straightforward to be able to say "oh yeah, THIS is the final form." Some Riders may not HAVE one, despite having differnet forms.

Apple?, I mean, man, why Apple didn't even showed up yet ^_^, it's quite a common fruit to begin with. Apple of Adam anyone?, God's fruit?, Heavenly Fruit? etc. And i think Dragon fruit is more suitable for evil rider or Ryugen 2nd (or third, final etc) form i believe, Ryugen=Chinese warrior/themed+Dragon Fruit=Juicy enough? (Chinese Dragon? make sense eh... ^^)
