I think one of the problems is the live leaker last year got harassed by western fans on twitter for answers and started blocking people. if they went this year i imagine they wouldn't want to live tweet it anymore :P

She's actually still there this year. Saw the rumblings on some JP message boards that she still had an interest in doing it. And apparently she might be tweeting some info again, but it's a big IF right now.
