I did a little research but it's honestly hard to see all the riders in the night time shots. I'm sure he's on something but since it's a pretty wide angel shot it's safe to assume they just put Shin on a duplicate of another bike. His civilian bike is a Suzuki Bandit 250

I'm sure that's what the movie did, although it would've been a cool nod if the bike he had been on was a Bandit. Whatever he was on was probably very green and something like Battle Hopper, Gills Raider, or Dark Hopper.
