While a good idea, we decided in our "Strongest Rider poll' a few years back that if Tendou can't steal Eiji's medals before transforming, Eiji would win, but if he could then Tendou wins.

TATOBA - base form with risk
SUPER TATOBA - risk free base form
Eiji starts with S.TATOBA.

So i guess all would agreed that kabuto hyper is definitely the strongest right? Guess this would change my opinion...

Well, when it's physically impossible to stop Tendou from becoming his Hyper form (Literally), it's hard to vote against him.

So is it ok if i conclude hyper kabuto > all?

Not really, you have a lot of other opinions in here.

But majority are on hyper kabuto... Lol
