My very first console was a green GameBoy Color. I saw it on a commercial and wanted it. Got it and Pokemon Yellow on my 7th birthday, both of which I still have! Unfortunately, Greenie's broken beyond repair and won't play even if I change batteries.

You know what'll be weird? That some people's first console is going to be the PS4/Xbox One/ Wii U. Like, not just kids, potentially other people too, according to reports I've heard.

It makes me feel old when people say that their first console was the PS2, Xbox, Gamecube or GBA.

Its always a weird thought to have yeah. Its the same with tokusatsu. When I hear about people who got started with Drive or Ninninger I feel old. Even when I´m still pretty new in comparison to other people I know :lol

PS2 is 15 years old already! The NES was barely 20 when AVGN started reviewing retro games, should logic should stand the 6th gen consoles are retro.
