Using anything other than Shocker would require imagination and creativity, neither of which we're going to get so long as Toei keeps hiring Shoji Yonemura to write all of these movies.

Anyone got any advice? I downloaded the 780p version, and the video works fine, the subs just don't work. Anyone had this problem before?

Really, the only reason why they insist on using Shocker so much in these movies is so that the older crowd whom might've grown up watching the original Kamen Rider can get a nostalgia boner.

I have not upgraded to Windows 10... I think my player may just have an issue with .mkv. I'll wait for overtime to sub it or something...

At this point Shocker's gone from a secret world power that holds the world in its hand to a joke and one that's overstayed its welcome.

At the very least Toei could make Shocker do something else other than make the Riders fight each other. Marvel superheroes have less infighting than the Riders these days. It's sad.

There's one saving grace in this movie, Cheetah Snail. The design is so out there it's either a love it or hate it deal. Personally I kinda like it.
