While I'll admit it does look more show accurate to a degree, that doesn't change how flat and lifeless the Legacy looks.

The arms don't even bother me that much, because they have a lot to do between being the dragon limbs and internal bones for the Megazord. But the legs are pointlessly thin, and could've stayed thicker without detracting from the dragon mode at all. Also, I'm a little sad that there's no obvious knees, but without obvious hips that's not exactly missing out on too much.
Maybe I'm just more critical because of the $200 price. For $200 and this scale I'm expecting something perfect, not just a normal Megazord with normal Megazord sacrifices. This thing costs 2/3rds of SOC GaoGaiGar for example. |

I absolutely love it and think it looks beautiful. My head is still slightly spinning over the price (especially considering Titanus kind of flopped because he was too $$$) but it does look much more detailed than any of the previous Legacy Megazords.
Call me weird but I'm curious as to what packaging it will come in. They could ship it in the standard size Legacy Megazord box but it would have to be partially formed in Megazord mode like the S1 Megazord release and even then I have no idea where the sled would fit? Perhaps they'll release it in the longer box that was released in the 90's containing 'The Assault Team' and 'The Red Dragon Thunderzord'. |
I can't even explain how much I want all these Legacy sets. But if I won't pick up Dragonzord at $70, I really don't see myself buying this one for $200.
I have a couple of the old pieces, maybe I'll just try to complete that set instead Quote:
The newer version fixes some issues, but it brings up some others. I don't think there's any way to make it perfect, considering the proportions are a bit weird in the show. |

We've got a picture of sled mode now.

So is it me or is it looking like Zord Builder isn't being jammed into this version of the megazord. If so I'm quite pleased as while Zord Builder was a nice concept I think it started hampering the US zords a bit, especially with the legacy line.
