You clearly didn't read what I said then. You can see the skirt line. They just didn't make it white like it should be. There are many errors on the art already.

Grace is not flat chested. The red in which you are referring to has no boobs at all.

Not just that, the Red Ranger he is talking about has the body of a man.

And yet they have a skirt. Errors are a thing. She's one of the smallest ones on the image, of course there's going to be mistakes.

There's a skirt. Only one MMPR Red Ranger has a skirt and that's Grace. Pretty sure that solidifies it.
