Man I wish Toei had Marvel's budget and commitment time from actors, lol. If that were the case, Kamen Rider would hands down have their own Infinity Wars with Heisei Generations Forever.

I'm really bummed that we won't be seeing this movie until spring now. I'm not surprised that Kashu is coming back, but hopefully his return will be more meaningful than the five-second cameo he had in Decade's movie. Satoh, though... holy crap, did I not expect that. I had him pegged down as totally unattainable, like getting Joe Odagiri back. I'm curious to see if this is just for the movie or if either one will show up in the show proper, too.

While I'm bummed that we aren't getting any actors from Double or Kuuga back (notably Odagiri or either of the W guys) despite the Riders getting top billing like Den-O, it's hard to complain too much when we have the likes of Takeru Satoh reprising his role. I mean this guy is a Japanese superstar. To have just him is already a huge deal. From what I have read, this was such a well-kept secret that people were giving standing ovations in the theater when it was revealed in the film. So we got Ryotaro, the four Imagin and Owner back - this is the most amount of returning cast members for a single show and it's very clear that the film is primarily a tribute to Den-O, which is fine by me. Man, this is just awesome.

Aside from that, it's cool that we're getting other returning alumni in voice roles, though it's a bummer it couldn't be anything more than that. Apparently, Agito, Ryuki, Decade and Ghost are the returning V.O's.

According to a review I read, Kuuga and Den-O (obviously) had massive roles and felt like they were paid proper tribute, but Double was tacked on and lacked impact. Listening to the soundtrack kind of speaks volumes about that too. There is a triumphant return of Kuuga and Den-O's themes but Double is nowhere to be found.

Can't wait to watch this movie and it's really too bad we have to wait til May to see how good Satoh's role is.

Great that the real Ryotaros is coming back, And I just watched Den-O a month or 2 ago. I did say that Ghost & Decade would get at least voice roles, seeing as how their episodes probably lined up to when the movie was in post.

I can't tell you all just how happy it makes me to know that my man is coming back for this movie. It's the one big thing I wanted and hoped for and it's happening. So beyond happy.

Eh, what everyone's feeling about Den-O, I'm feeling about Ryuki. I would've liked to have seen Takamusa Suga (Shinji/Ryuki) on screen again. But I guess a voice role is better than a suit on screen, or some other VA. Perhaps because Sato is the bigger name, he was the more expensive to get back and there was nothing left for anyone else?

Maybe we'll get lucky and Joe Odagiri might show up for at least something down the road before Zi-O ends. Even a brief cameo like Hiroshi Fujioka's (Hongo Takeshi/Ichigo Rider) in Agito's Project G4 wouldn't be so bad.
